Recently,as the fast development of the digital oilfield,most of the oilfield have been into the automated?industrialized and informationized stage,for example,Xinjiang oilfield?Liaohe oilfield and Daqing oilfield.Automated systems,such as the monitoring systems of temperature-pressure under observation well?production well and on the production well wellhead?line measurement system of steam dryness?automatic metering system of production well?video monitoring system during the production,have been builded in the most of oilfield.There has been a great recovery effect in the development of oilfield using the steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD),and the combination of SAGD and Oilfield Digitizing System has also improved the recovery efficiency of heavy oil.However,many problems,such as steam breakthrough?pipeline piercement ? producing degree in the horizontal section ? great production fluctuation,which have been showed during the SAGD,now could not been effectively solved.Besides,there are not enough experience and resources for SAGD.Therefore,the unified standards for the condition diagnosis has not been established.Based on the SAGD present situation in the FengCheng block of XinJing oilfield?surface dynamometer card and typical condition characteristics,standard values for multiple parameters have been setted.When meet with the complicated conditions,expert experience will be used.Therefore,an intelligent condition diagnosis system combining automatic with artificial diagnosis has been developed to timely find and solve problems.Combining the slope drainage model with productivity correction model by Chen yuanqian and cheng linsong,adding oilfield site experience,the corresponding productivity prediction model has been used to provide theory value and practice reference guide for the later SAGD production index prediction and early warning.
