The main oil and gas PH oil layer Oligocene Huagang oil reservoir and gas condensate dominated Eocene PH gas reservoir.In November 1998,there were 10 wells in oil and gas production wells,including 5 gas lift wells.Huagang Formation reservoir to the bottom water reservoir,the formation of natural energy,after nearly 20 years of development,the water cut is 93%.The upper layer of gas reservoir in PH group is developed with edge and bottom water,and the lower layer is mainly fixed volume gas reservoir.With the increase of recovery,some gas wells have been finished without water gas production period.Individual wells have shown unstable production.The lower part of the gas reservoir is pressure failure and the production capacity is decreasing obviously.The production situation is very severe.How to make full use of existing oil and gas reservoirs and infrastructure and achieve optimal allocation of resources is a long-term arduous task.It is also a serious problem facing the development of PH oil fields.Gas drainage related gas drainage technology is studied in this paper,and gas well water dynamic analysis,gas well fluid prediction and gas lift drainage optimization design are carried out to ensure stable production of gas well.At the same time through the analysis of rationality for working system on gas,timely detection of problems existing in the production,make full use of the existing platform power source,further optimize the lifting parameters of gas lift wells,a gas distribution optimization scheme,in order to improve the oil recovery rate and provide a theoretical basis and technical support.In the study,calculation of fluid high pressure property,each production well inflow and wellbore multiphase flow law based on the analysis,a detailed diagnosis of oil and gas well working system of gas well and gas lift drainage prediction optimization,gas lift and gas distribution optimization design,guide the on-site production operations;according to the practical working condition of gas wells,modified the critical gas carrying liquid and gas well test data of recent theoretical formula based on the calculated and analyzed the critical liquid carrying flow of gas well;at the same time for gas lift wells common fault problem,combined with the actual of the last few years of gas lift wells daily diagnosis experience,summed up a set of suitable for fault PH oil gas well solve simple methods and processes,to provide guidance for future gas lift wells fault.Finally,in the PH region in the current production requirements as constraint conditions,with oil production as the goal,the optimization of gas allocation scheme of PH oil wells of the whole gas lift,single well gas injection volume are different under the condition of gas lifting allocation scheme,to optimize the allocation of resources to achieve the offshore platform,to ensure the reservoir with high and stable yield,reduce production cost and maintenance cost has important significance.
