| The Xinjiang SNG Pipeline Project is the largest SNG export pipeline planned by SINOPEC with extremely long lines,numerous contractors,countless lifecycle data and other characteristics.In order to achieve the overall deployment of Sinopec Intelligent Pipelines Plan,improve project construction and operational level,the Project urgently need to plan the implementation rules of Intelligent Pipeline with the lifecycle Principle at the beginning.So we can avoid the pitfalls of the traditional project such as different standards,data non-real-time acquisition,design deficiencies leading role of the state.In this paper,the current situation and development trend of intelligence pipeline is analyzed domestically and oversea,facing the current pipeline construction and operational problems.Based on the Project features and needs with the lifecycle theory,the Project’s Intelligent Pipeline Development Implementation is developed covering the lifecycle.(1)Based on the analysis of the intelligent pipeline’s research and application status both home and abroad,the direction and goals of the Project’s intelligent pipeline plan are cleared.(2)According to the actual needs of the Project and the newest technological developments,it has been studied the theoretical basis of intelligent pipeline system,the application of Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data analytics,integrity management,EBS,GIS,digital design technology and other key technologies are anlyzed.(3)According to the characteristics and construction level of the Project were analyzed,is has alse analyzed the importance and necessity of intelligent pipeline combined with project construction and operation management needs.(4)Based on the concept of the lifecycle intelligent pipeline,it was planned systematically for the Project’s intelligent system,identified the system design principles,master plan,the overall goals,core mission,core system.(5)Focusing on the formation of project data resources,it was clarified the data architecture and construction ideas,defined the lifecycle data center construction,including data standards,data coding,geographic information and environmental data acquisition,digital design results handover,operational data integration and so on.(6)Intelligent system implementation technique was cleared,formed the technology roadmap-using Arc GIS and SPF as the line and station integrated design system’s platforms,using Project Wise as for the design integrated information management’s platform,using Arc GIS as the digitized handover system’s platform.It was proposed the intelligent system requirements both in construction and operation stage. |
