| With the development of the technology of downhole tools,Packer is widely used gradually.In some oil wells,due to the temperature,pressure and gas expansion of the cooling effect,,failure of rubber components of packer,So it has brought serious inconvenience to the oil field exploitation.The unseal form of traditional slip packer seat seal is more complex.Oil field is mostly using rubber parts seated way now.Considering there exist some of these problems,this paper design the existing packer structure of type Y341,SolidWorks software was used to design three-dimensional modeling and interference analysis for packer structure,based on theoretical mechanics and super-elastic theory,ANSYS software was used to simulate the setting process of the packer.Studies have shown that with increasing pressure load,the plastic tube compression was gradually increasing;the contact pressure generated between the three plastic tube and sleeve was also growing,the biggest was between the upper plastic tube and sleeve,followed by intermediate cones;The contact stress distribution was uneven in cones packer,the middle part of three cones was larger and relatively close to the more uniform distribution,the upper plastic tube withstood is the biggest contact stress.Analysis shows that packer has a good setting and sealing performance.The packer slip and sleeve contact finite element analysis model were established,simulation studies have shown there has not uniform stress on slip teeth gear;with the load was increasing,depth of gear teeth on slip biting casing was also increasing,the first tooth bite has the maximum depth,successively gradually decreased,the bite force met the design requirements.The new type Y441 double seal packer can achieve the two level isolation in the structure function,greatly reducing the probability of seal failure.In addition,it can meet some functions,including backwashing wells,watering seal,finding water,etc.With that,the normal operation of oil well can be guaranteed.After the laboratory test,this product reached the expected requirements,while field trials are under way. |
