The Studies On The Capacity Expansion Project Of Xin Tan Joint Station In Shengli Oilfield

Xin Tan joint station is mainly responsible for Xin Tan Oilfield crude oil treatment,sewage processing and water injection tasks of the Gudong Oil Production Plant and Petroleum Development Center.According to the prediction of oilfield development,Gudong Oil Production Plant would increase 8 new capacity blocks,while Petroleum Development Center would increase 3 new capacity blocks during 2015 and 2021.With the increasing amount of liquid getting into the station and the increasing water content in crude oil,the production energy consumption of Kendong 18 crude oil processing system increases by using water direct heating process and no separating when getting into the station,while Kendong 12 crude oil processing system has been under overload operation condition.In other hand,with the increase of the amount of sewage and water injection,the capacity of sewage processing system,water injection system is insufficient.According to the development of Xin Tan joint station and forecast of Xin Tan oilfield,the paper checked the crude oil treatment,water injection and sewage processing system,and reorganized and expanded those which could not meet the production requirements,supporting power,water supplying and drainage and fire,HVAC,thermal,communication,automatic control,anti-corrosion and other systems.Thus the reform project of Xin Tan joint station would be completed systematically and comprehensively.The expandsion of crude oil processing system.Two three-phase separators was added to KenDong 18 crude oil processing system to separate free water in advance befor the crude oil entering low water cut oil tank until the water content meet the requirement of pipeline transportation.The existing setting tank can be used as spare techenological process.Kendong12 crude oil processing system adopts a process of three-phase separator preseparating water-two stage oil tank settlement.It uses two exiting 700m~3 tank for primary settlement and500m~3 ones for second settlement to increase settling time.The expansion of water injection capacity.On the basis of existing water injection pump room with injection capacity of 1872 m~3/d,constructing another water injection pump room to add 3600 m~3/d injection capacity up to 5472 m~3/d.The expansion of water treatment system.The expansion was devided two phases.The first phase mainly expand and complete water filtration system to meet injection requirement.The second phase will adopt gravity oil removal-coagulation oil removal process to construct two-stage oil removal system,the capacity of which up to 5300 m~3/d.
