Traditional flocculation and sedimentation is difficult to effectively remove organic and inorganic fine particles suspended in high turbidity(>60 NTU)wastewater.Micro-current electric flocculation passes weak electric current(current density is generally several to several hundred milliamperes per square centimeter)The active hydroxides, and flocculation and sedimentation of various types of suspended solids,is an environmentally friendly electrochemical water treatment technology because it has the advantages of no chemical addition, secondary pollution, low energy consumption, and easy handling. The dissertation selects high-turbidity water with different types of suspended solids, such as gravel processing wastewater, car wash wastewater, high algae water, and conducts micro-current flocculation treatment test, and analyzes the electrode material, current density, electrolysis time, electrode spacing, etc. The influence of degree and other characteristics of pollutant removal, through the analysis of energy efficiency of energy consumption, optimized the corresponding technical parameters, discussed the relevant mechanism, the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The performance and technical parameters of the micro-current electro-coagulation treatment of aggregates of sand aggregates were ascertained. The results show that, compared with iron electrodes, aluminum electrodes are more suitable as anodes for the treatment of aggregates of sand and aggregate without increasing the color of the water. After the gravel aggregate waste water has settled naturally for 2 hours,it is electrofouled and the suspended solids treatment effect is better.Electro-flocculation treatment of sand aggregate waste water,it is recommended that the initial concentration of suspended solids should not exceed 50000mg/L,the current intensity does not exceed 0.08 A,electrolysis time does not exceed 4min.Electro-flocculation changes the particle size composition of suspended particles in sand and aggregate waste water.Electro-flocculation has better sedimentation effect for particles with a particle size of 1~2 ?m.(2)The performance and technical parameters of micro-current electro-flocculation treatment of car wash wastewater were determined. The results showed that micro-current electro-coagulation can better remove the turbidity,COD and LAS of the car wash wastewater, and have a minor impact on the pH.The electrode spacing is 1.5 cm,the current When the strength is 0.16 A and the electrolysis time is less than 15 min,the energy efficiency is optimal. At this time, the turbidity reduction of car wash wastewater can reach 85%,and the removal rates of COD and LAS reach 60% and 65% respectively.(3)The performance and technical parameters of high-algae electro-flocculation treatment of high algae water were optimized. The results showed that micro-current electro-flocculation can effectively reduce algae density, turbidity, total nitrogen and total phosphorus content of high algae water when the plate spacing is controlled at 1.5.Cm,the current intensity is not higher than 0.16 A,electrolysis time does not exceed 15 min, electrolyte concentration does not exceed 0.05g/L,high algae hydropower flocculation treatment is the best energy efficiency, then the removal rate of turbidity, total nitrogen and total phosphorus can be Achieve 68%,90% and 88%.(4)Micro-current electro-flocculation treatment of high turbidity water containing different types of suspended substances is mainly electro-flotation,electro-coagulation,and electrolytic redox.Three kinds of action often occur at the same time in the whole electro-coagulation process. The synergy of the three promotes different turbidity.Efficient removal of substances.
