Workover rig is equipment for small scale workover jobs.Workover rig is widely used in oil field.Its key performance indicators have brake performance,reliability,energy consumption,adaptability and so on.With the help of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation Shengli Oilfield Branch major project about the study on workover rig brake and overall performance evaluation,the paper has done the measurement technology of outside the brake performance,the analysis method of reliability and the evaluation of overall performance on workover rig for improving safety,efficiency and reliability,performance of workover rig and chancing the right workover rig.Some results were obtained.The paper set up an on-line measurement technology of outside brake performance about workover rig based on operation features of emergency braking and dot braking,based on the theoretical analysis on brake process of automobiles.The measurement technology could be used for three brakes of workover rigs.The evaluation indexes of measurement technology consisted of emergency braking,dot braking and brake constancy.A equipment was designed to solve the angular drift of laser beam.The equipment consisted of a laser rangefinder.The paper built data smoothing algorithm based on self-division polynomial fitting.The smoothing algorithm solved data fluctuation because of laser uncertainty and different sampling frequency.The measurement technology was used for the measurement of outside on-line braking performance on band brake of SG5250 TXJ wheeled workover rig,disk brake of SHL5320 TXJ electric workover rig,hydraulic composite cylinder brake of FRT5360 TXJ hydraulic workover rig.Workover rig was a complicated mechanical system being consisted of machine,electricity,liquid components.The paper established an evaluation method of workover rig reliability based on correlation.The reliability of workover rig was gotten by week-correlation reliability method.The maintenance cycle was gotten by equivalent index distribution theory.The method was used for the reliability of TJL-15 caterpillar tractor hoist,SG5250 TXJ wheeled workover rig,SHL5320 TXJ electric workover rig and FRT5360 TXJ hydraulic workover rig.The evaluation indexes of workover rig had efficiency,safety,energy consumption,adaptability except for brake performance and reliability by analyzing the characteristics of workover rig.The evaluation method of overall performance was set up based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation method was used for the overall evaluation of TJL-15 caterpillar tractor hoist,SG5250 TXJ wheeled workover rig,SHL5320 TXJ electric workover rig and FRT5360 TXJ hydraulic workover rig.The expert system of performance evaluation on the workover rig was established based on VB.Function modules had the on-line measurement technology module of outside brake performance,the evaluation module of reliability,the evaluation module of overall performance,and other auxiliary function module.The software can quickly implement evaluation calculation,the calculation results are accurate.It can improve the evaluation efficiency.
