| Workover operation is an important part of the actual production process of oil and gas.Most of our oil and gas wells have entered the middle and late stages of mining,and the frequency and intensity of workover are increasing.The tractor hoist is the main equipment for the workover of oil and gas fields in our country,which provides the impetus for the workover and tubing during workover operation.Most of the workover operations are still using the experience of the personnel manual control technology of the hoist way to complete the workover operation,manual operation tractor hoist of high labor intensity and technical personnel skill level caused by uneven workover quality is not stable,low operation efficiency,and easy to cause accidents.In view of the above problems,This paper analysis technology experience of field workover technology and the driller accumulated in the full investigation,the overall scheme and key technologies of the auxiliary control system for workover works are studied.The auxiliary control system for workover operation is developed,achieved well auxiliary control for workover operation,reduced the labor intensity of the driller’s technical staff,improved the efficiency and quality of workover operation.Firstly,the development status of oilfield workover equipment is introduced,and the general scheme of auxiliary control system of well drilling work is put forward according to the characteristics of workover work in tractor hoist.The program does not change the existing hardware on the tractor hoist,through the programmable logic controller PLC on the scene sensor information collection and processing to obtain the work of the workout state,for different operating status output corresponding control instructions;The monitoring system can monitor,modify and store the control parameters of workover operation;Tracking and managing system of workover operation to store,record and print the process parameters of oil workover.Secondly,the key technologies involved in the system development process are studied in detail.Aiming at the bottleneck of the well control work efficiency caused by non-linearity and strong disturbance,this paper proposes an expert fuzzy PID control algorithm for the workover operation.Combining expert control with fuzzy PID control,using of expert control of good adaptability and fuzzy PID excellent robust performance,improve the control performance of the system.In view of the shortage of the existing overhead crane anti-collision device,the control method of the sectional flexible deceleration parking is put forward.This method makes the process of deceleration smooth,the impact of the workover system is small,the accuracy of the docking point.Finally,on the basis of establishing the overall scheme of the system and the deep research on the key technology,the auxiliary control system of the workover operation is developed.The system has been successfully applied to the field of oil field workover operation after repeated debugging.The experiment effect of field operation shows that the auxiliary control system is stable and reliable compared with the traditional manual control,which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the efficiency and safety of the workover. |
