According to the provisions of the 373 rd decree of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China in June 1,2003,the large amusement facility is the amusement facility that covers the largest line speed of >2m/s and runs >2m.Large recreation facilities for a strong body of people,cultivate people’s sentiments,enriching people’s life and beautify the city environment has played a positive role.China’s large recreation facilities industry develop rapidly,by the end of 2015,there are more than 400 kinds of amusement parks,recreation facilities with a total of about 20 thousand units in china,the number of participants has more than 400 million in 2015.at the same time,the security problem can not be ignored.countries have formulated the measures to ensure the safe operation of large recreation facilities,which is one of the main contents of inspection.At present,the inspection means are still relatively traditional,and the emerging infrared thermal imaging technology has received wide attention from the industry because of its advantages such as non-contact measurement,large detection area and fast detection speed.This paper explores the application of infrared thermal imaging technology to large amusement facilities in special equipment industry,and provides a new solution for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of large amusement facilities.Study on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on large recreation facilities to carry out a flat bottom hole pattern,heating the safety bar stainless steel mine car wheel state monitoring and fault diagnosis of hydraulic station and air compressor,and ultimately determine the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of electrical system as the focus of the study.For 304 stainless steel material of the seat and the safety bar,the design of test panel with different parameters of flat bottom hole is shown in this paper,it is shown that the contribution of flat bottom hole area on temperature is bigger than the depth,with the increase of the diameter of the bottom hole,the outgoing thermal radiation is gradually increasing.In addition,when the diameter increases to 2mm,the transverse radiation gradually plays,the depth’s contribution to the temperature gradually increased,through data fitting,the temperature drop rate also increased,but at the same time it increased more interference factors.The effect of numerical fitting is also offset.The new application technology of Infrared thermal imaging technology is also explored for the main transmission system components,such as the wheel of the large amusement facilities,the hydraulic system and the air compressor.Through the heat radiation of different position of the wheel using infrared thermal imaging technology,based on energy consumption,combined with the analysis of the body structure and logic,we can repair hanger and wheel carriage of the fault,avoiding the need for maintenance of the whole car,greatly reduces the maintenance work intensity.The infrared thermal imaging technology can also monitor and diagnose the oil pipeline and the oil pipe of the hydraulic station.From the perspective of heat and working state,it can analyze whether the operation of components such as oil valves and heat dissipation system is normal,and can dynamically detect the quality change of hydraulic oil,which has certain application prospects in common problems such as filter plugging and hydraulic oil deterioration.,It can also quickly diagnose the faults of air compressor,such as air inlet and exhaust gas pressure,filter blocking,filter core aging and so on.Finally,An electrical system as a key study,Through the whole analysis of the infrared thermal image of the whole electric cabinet,it is possible to find out the unbalance of the three-phase load and the malfunction of the terminal contact.,With the current and state’s condition we can analysis and solve the problem rapidly,When the components in the electric cabinet are abnormal during heating,such as relays,circuit breakers,contactors,transformers,fuse and other components,the heating abnormal components can be monitored and the hidden trouble is eliminated in advance,it can improve the safety and reliability of the electrical system.
