In this paper,the development of 12.00-20/8.5 engineering machinery solid tires was studied.The formulation optimization of the tire components,the optimization of the production process and the performance test of the finished tire were mainly studied.The result of the experimental study on the design and optimization of different parts of the corresponding tire showed that the formulation using silica and silane coupling agent in the same time could greatly reduce the compression fatigue temperature rise which in favor of further prolong the service life of the product.the design of the center rubber adopted the high elasticity formula,which took into account the high temperature and low compression fatigue temperature rise performance.The nylon staple fiber was adopted in the formula design of the base rubber to improve the tensile strength of base rubber and reduce the production cost greatly.The research results of mixing process shown that the low temperature production line could greatly improve the mixing quality of rubber reinforce with silica and silane coupling agent.The study on tire production process showed that the first prepared base rubber was cooled,then fitting with the core rubber,the tread and subsequent components;while the process of the core rubber and the tread adopted the thermal mixing molding line with the double screw extruder.The suitable curing condition is 487 minutes under 143± 2?.The physical and mechanical properties of the finished construction machinery solid tire were basically consistent with the experimental data of small compounding formula.The corresponding data of the tread and base rubber could meet the national standard...
