In the production process of coal mine,the safe and reliable operation of the ventilator is an important guarantee for the safety of the whole coal mine and the personnel.Due to the nature of the fan working problems,must maintain the safe and stable operation for a long time,but because the fan running environment is bad,there are a variety of security issues,fan once fault occurs,should immediately take appropriate measures such as wind machine,so it must be real-time monitoring and control of the running state of the ventilator.For the time being,most of the coal mines use two 1400 KW fans,one of which operates and the other is used as backup,and a dual loop power supply is used in power supply.In the system of fan control is too simple,monitoring of the key parameters in need of manual processing,which makes the monitoring precision and monitoring content cannot meet the requirement of system to a certain extent,real-time dynamic performance is not high,not timely communicate with the dispatch center,the wind suddenly shut down is basically manual the fan switch or restart,it will form the operation process is slow,causes the wind machine too long and cause accidents,has become one of the important factors hidden in the coal mine safety production.This is a good combination of control system and monitoring system,the intelligent sensor technology,advanced communication analysis technology,remote fault diagnosis and processing technology,based on mine fault diagnosis of ventilator theory and control strategy of median nerve network,early warning mechanism research of fault quickly and efficiently,when the mine ventilation machine running when a fault,can alarm through the PC software,and according to the remote control of ventilator fault information.The video monitoring is installed in the key position ofthe ventilator room,which reflects the real-time situation on the scene to the control center,while improving the reliability of the system,reducing human resources at the same time,and truly realizing the purpose of the ventilator's unattended.The maintenance and management of mine ventilator is gradual transition from planned maintenance and accident maintenance to preventive maintenance based on condition monitoring and monitoring,which improves the modern management level of coal mine equipment,and creates greater economic and social benefits for coal mining enterprises.
