At present,the refining and chemical enterprise in the production process produced a lot of dry gas?mainly components of H2,CH4,C2H4,etc.?,but failed to comprehensive utilization,many companies are burning through the torch,resulting in a great waste of energy.Although some of the refining and chemical enterprises let part of the dry gas into their own power plant boilers for the use of steam production,but the boiler is not complete transformation,only a single dry gas or heavy oil are used.The dry gas fluctuate largelyin the actual production,resulting in boiler Load adjustment,unplanned downtime and the downstream steam pipe network fluctuations and other issues frequently occur,seriously affecting the normal production safety.In the actual production,the advantages of the gas boiler are more obvious,because of fast load lifting and low environmental emissions,especially as the state of energy-saving emission reduction requirements more stringent.Gas boiler is suitable for refining enterprises in their own power plant consumption of dry gas use,to achieve cost reduction.The paper takes the original 220t/h oil-fired boiler in an autonomous power plant of a refining and chemical enterprise as the research object,and analyzes the transformationof its blended burning dry gas.Firstly,the paper makes the thermal calculation of 80%,85%,90%and 100%of the rated load of the mixing dry gas.And the results show that the structure of the boiler issuitable for mixing dry gas,and the burner can be changed to oil and gas burner without modifying the heating surface,only increasing the dry gas system;Secondly,according to the requirement of the maximum dry gas volume of 12400Nm3/h,the design and calculation of the new oil and gas burner are put forward,propose to increase 6 dry gas gun based on each original fuel burner,each containing 12 smaller guns for the nozzle aperture diameter of 4.4mm.Because of the reasonable layout of the oil gun and the gas gun and the reasonable load distribution,the problem is solved that the fuel oil and dry gas fight for combustion air when theyare mixed combusted;And the thermal efficiency test calculation of load on the 150t/h boiler shows that the anti balanceefficiency has reached 93.66%,which is1.96%higher than the original design;Finally,the paper makes deep analysis and studyon some problems in the process of boiler vibration,such as gas fluctuation,dry gas plugging,and then puts forward solutions.After the commissioning of the successful implementation of the boiler burning oil,burning gas and oil and gas co firing conditions of safe operation.The new type of oil-gas burner operates flexibly,and ensures operating safely and environmental friendly even if dry gases fluctuate largely.The boiler can achieve security and environmental protection,fully recycle dry gas original row torch burning,and recover the investment cost in one year,in the creation of benefits at the same time,but also improve the corporate image.
