Nitrogen oxide contains a compound consisted of only two elements of nitrogen and oxygen.Nitrogen oxides are common nitric oxide such as NO,colorless,nitrogen dioxide,N2O,nitrogen oxide,dinitrogen pentoxide in addition to normal solids dinitrogen pentoxide,other nitrogen oxides are normal gaseous.As one of the main pollutants in the atmosphere,nitrogen oxides often refers to NO and NO2,which are the main causes of acid rain,photochemical pollution and so on.A large number of nitrogen oxides are produced in the production and operation of coal-fired power plants,which have become the main source of the emission of nitrogen oxides.According to the emission standard of air pollutants in People's Republic of China thermal power plant GB 13223-2011,the concentration of NOx emission is within 100mg per Nm3,so the low nitrogen combustion technology is needed to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides in boiler operation.This paper firstly introduces the working principle of Yantai Longyuan dual scale low nitrogen combustion technology,pointing out that the two scale three advantages:one is low NOx combustion residue,another is strong anti corrosion technology,and the last is high stability combustion technology with ultra low NOx emission technology.The state power JiuQuan Power Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as the JiuQuan Power Plant)the basic situation,#1 furnace pulverizer and fuel,combustion system and burner system are introduced,describes the reconstruction of JiuQuanPower plant boiler low NOx burners,especially on the two scale transformation plan,combustion burner burn out wind layout scheme in detail.Transformation of low NOx burners after the boiler experiment is mainly to test the thermal boiler under different load.The test results show that the improved boiler NOx emission concentration decreases to less than 200mg per Nm3,the denitration chimney after total exhaust NOx concentration is controlled within 100mg per Nm~3,but boiler efficiency can reach the original design value of main and reheat steam temperature in normal within the range of other economic indicators.
