In industrial production,daily life and agricultural production,heavy metals are used more and more frequently,because of heavy metal pollution of heavy metals caused by the use of the threat to our living environment,especially the heavy metal pollution and destruction of soil we solve urgently.One of the solutions of Phytoremediation for soil polluted by heavy metals is the focus of the present research,screening of hyperaccumulator is key to phytoremediation,Miscanthus plants as a source of energy,its strong resistance,high biomass and low planting cost,application in remediation of heavy metal pollution of soil has great the potential.The research was due to analyze on the difference of Cadmium Tolerance to 12 Miscanthus seedlings by Hydroponics experiment;response mechanism of the difference of Cadmium Tolerance,Laws of Accumulation of Cadmium and anti-oxidant system to Miscanthus C0424 and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu A0104 by Hydroponics experiment in different concentrations of Cadmium Stress,the difference of Cadmium Tolerance to 9 Miscanthus by Field Pot experiment and response mechanism of the difference of Cadmium Tolerance,Laws of Accumulation of Cadmium and anti-oxidant system to Miscanthus C0420 and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu by Field pot experiment in different concentrations of Cadmium Stress.And the results are as follows:(1)The research on the difference of Cadmium Tolerance to Miscanthus and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu in different concentrations of Cadmium Stress shows that when the concentration stands 1mg/L the tolerance of A0104 is a little higher than C0424 and when it remains between 2mg/L and 4mg/L,C0424 is higher than A0104.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu gives the best performance in tolerating Cadmium comparing to Miscanthus C0420 in every concentration of Cadmium of the research.It explains that Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu enjoys a better ability to tolerate Cadmium than Miscanthus C0420.(2)Different concentrations of cadmium and cadmium accumulation in Miscanthus and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu law research shows,Laws of Accumulation of Cadmium in Miscanthus and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu seedlings basically equal in different concentrations of Cadmium Stress.The concentration of C024 and A0104 increase with the enrichment of those in environment and enrichment and transfer coefficients peak at 1mg/L,the concentration of A0104 is higher than C0424.The antioxidant system of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420 respond respectively according to different concentrations of Cadmium Treatment.With the increase of concentrations of Cadmium Stress,Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420's SOD and POD activity will be higher accordingly,while Miscanthus C0420's CAT activity decreases and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 CAT activity increases first and then decreases.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420's MDA concents will be higher when the concentration of Cadmium in different environment increses and when we can get greater MDA on aerial part than that on underground parts;The root activity of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420 decreases with the increase of concentration of Cadmium Stress(3)The response mechanism of anti-oxidant in Miscanthus and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu differ in different concentrations of Cadmium Stress.A0104's activity of SOD and POD increase under Cadmium Stress;while the activity of CAT decreases.C0424's SOD activity decreases first and then increases while POD increases and at the same time CAT increases first and then decreases.Their blade MDA contents increase with the increase of concentration of Cadmium Stress.With the increase of concentrations of Cadmium Stress,Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420's SOD and POD activity will be higher accordingly,while Miscanthus C0420's CAT activity decreases and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu's C0104 CAT activity increases first and then decreases.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420's MDA concents will be higher when the concentration of Cadmium in different environment increses and when we can get greater MDA on aerial part than that on underground parts;The root activity of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0104 and Miscanthus C0420 decreases with the increase of concentration of Cadmium Stress(4)Studies on cadmium tolerance of different genotypes of Miscanthus shows,the tolerance to Cadmium of Miscanthus(C0131 D0110 D0115)and Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu(D0510 B0121)and B0636 are higher than Miscanthus(D0113 C0605 and C0424)Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu(C0122 C0640andA0104)and hybrid variety 1.And the sequence from high to low is B0636>D0115>C0131>B0121>D0110>B0510>C0605= A0104=C0122>C0424>Hybrid1>C0640>D0113.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu is more tolerant to Cadmium than Miscanthus.And the sequence from high to low is C0111>C0121> D0108> C0104>D0123>C0420>C0415>D0131>D0113(5)The ability of Cd accumulation in different genotypes of Miscanthus plants was different.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0640 involves the highest content of Cadmium of 103.02mg/kg,which exceeds its critical values.And others lie between 14mg/kg-35mg/kg.Triarrhena lutarioriparia L Liu C0121 C0111 and Miscanthus D0123 are higher than 10 in enrichment coefficients and greater than 2 in transfer coefficients on aerial part among all 9 Miscanthus in research,which can accumulate and transfer Cadmium strongly.
