| In this paper,tolerance and accumulation of different varieties of wild germplasm ramie were analysed by soil culture experiments.The results are as follows:(1)According to some indexes of eight wild germplasm ramies,which are height tolerance index,aboveground biomass tolerance index,leaf SPAD value tolerance index,stem diameter tolerance index and thickness tolerance index,using the membership function to calculate the average tolerance value are 0.710,0.642,0.612,0.590 0.583,0.575,0.510,0.405,respectively.According to this we can know that the cadmium tolerance of eight wild germplasm ramies from high to low in order was:Xing an tie mao ramie>Ya cha xu ye ramie>Song bai ramie>Hong hua qing ye ramie>Song bai xuan ling ye ramie>Chi ramie>Po jie ye xu ramie>Da lu cao ye shui ramie.(2)The cadmium content of eight wild germplasm ramies from high to low in order was:stem bark>root>sisal>leaf.When the Cd concentration were 50mg/kg and 100mg/kg,the cadmium content in stem bark,root,sisal and leaf were relatively high,and there was so little difference between root,sisal and leaf.When the Cd concentration were 150mg/kg and 200mg/kg,there was so little difference between the organs.In addition,when the Cd concentration was 200mg/kg,the Cd content of stem bark,leaf and sisal have declined,but continued to increase Cd content in root.(3)There was a positive correlation between the Cd concentration and the Cd content in the shoots of ramie,that is,with the increased of cadmium concentration,the cadmium content of ramie was also increased.The Cd content of Chi ramie aboveground part was 105.76mg/kg,which was higher than 100mg/kg,and it has the potential of high enrichment.(4)With the increased of Cd concentration,the enrichment coefficient of ramie was decreased,but the reduce degree is different between different ramie cultivars.The enrichment coefficient of Chi ramie was more than 1 at 50 mg/kg Cd concentration,and the enrichment coefficient of Song bai xuan lin ye ramie was greater than 1 at 50-100 mg/kg Cd concentration.The results indicated that Chi ramie and Song bai xuan lin ye ramie with a good enrichment.(5)On the whole,with the increased of Cd concentration,the transport coefficient of ramie decreased,but the reduce degree is different between different ramie cultivars.The transport coefficients of Xing an tie bao ramie,Ya cha xu ye ramie and Song bai xuan ling ye ramie were higher than 1 at the range of 50-200mg/kg Cd,and the transport ability were stronger.(6)The tolerance and enrichment of ramie Is not always consistent,and the tolerance of Xing an tie mao ramie was higher,but the enrichment was poor;the tolerance of Chi ramie and Song bai xuan ling ye ramie were not good,but the enrichment capacity were relatively higher.According to the actual application purpose for specific varieties screening in actual production application. |
