As oil production in Shengli Oilfield has entered the middle and late period,the output of crude oil has declined.In addition,the water content of the produced liquid rises sharply and production exists by the form of water-oil emulsion because water steam flooding and injection flooding are used.The high viscosity,high water cut and super heavy oil of high asphaltene are shown in the combined station,so the efficiency of ehydration is low,the temperature of ehydration and oil pollution is higher,the system operation is instable and operation heat load of is large,which increase the cost of operating.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the optimization research and the waste heat generation gas technology for the joint station heavy oil thermal chemical dehydration process.The dilute proportion,the demulsifing temperature,concentration of demulsifier and the type of demulsifier are the factors that affect the in the process of heavy oil thermochemistry chemical dehydration dehydration in the process of heavy oil thermochemistry chemical dehydration.In this paper,the factors above-mentioned were optimized and analyzed.Based on the basic physical properties of the heavy oil and thin oil,the emulsion was prepared.And according to the influence rule of the viscosity temperature curve of the heavy oil,the ratio of the typical proportion was 1.0,1.5 and 2.0 respectively.Through heavy oil thermochemical sedimentation and dehydration test,a combination of operating parameters for a combined station that satisfies the finished product oil transportation condition(moisture content less than2%)is optimized and selected.According to the objective function and constraint conditions,the cost calculation is carried out to optimize the combination of minimum operating cost parameters.Based on the operation data of the combined station sewage treatment system,the sewage volume and residual temperature parameters were measured,The waste heat generation technology based on the principle of two types of heat pumps is more energy-saving than the original heating scheme.The parameters of this paper are as follows: a new demulsifier,a demulsifiertemperature of 80,a demulsifier concentration 100 ppm,and a dilute ratio of 2.Under the optimized operation parameter combination,the operating cost of Chennan United Station was reduced from 14,930 yuan to 11,301 yuan,saving 3,629 yuan every day.Technical renovation of residual heat and gas generation at the joint station: The energy saving 3145.48 tce will be saved every year after the operation of the combined station.Combined station operating costs save 3.26 million yuan annually.The results of the research on the efficient operation of the joint station have yielded huge economic benefits. |
