Configuration technology of Human-Machine interface has got widely used in the automatic monitoring and control system,its graphical and component-based interface construction mode,and the flexibility and scalability of configuration interface have been widely recognized.NC human-machine interface,as the main carrier of information,occupies an increasingly important position in the NC system.However,for the construction of NC interface,coding is still used,and it is inefficient and lacks of openness and flexibility.At the same time,it has been tried less in the research of configuration of NC interface,and most research still stay at the stage of graphical interface construction.The machine tool data and interaction control cannot meet the requirements of configuration.Therefore,it has become an urgent need to change the traditional development mode of NC interface to realize the configuration of NC interface for the development of NC system.In this paper,a configuration method of NC interface based on modularization and componentization is proposed.It divides the NC interface into three modules: data,graph,and interaction control,and componentizes the function units of various modules and assembles them all to achieve NC interface configuration.This paper also introduces the realization of componentization of each module,and discusses the combination between modules and modules,and expounds the whole application process of the NC interface configuration.A basic scheme based on open QML script of configuration platform is put forward.The configuration platform is divided into two parts: the development environment and the operating environment,and the overall framework of the two parts is designed respectively.On the basis of characteristics of NC man-machine interface,this paper has implemented the design and packing of basic components of data,graph,and interaction control modules.Then the rendered picture of components is used to replace the components in editing to realize the visual editing.The QML script is used to store and deploy the configuration NC interface,and the conversion between the configuration picture and the configuration script is also described in detail.Furthermore,the method to realize the expansion of NC interface components is given.In view of the characteristics of high real-time and high degree of correlation,the data object is used to realize the configuration of the data of machine tool and a data acquisition system is designed to maintain the machine tool data in real time.A scheme of data simulation in the simulation run of human-machine interface is also given.The framework to support the operation of NC interface and deal with the message distribution and processing is designed,it also provides the manipulation interface of NC system to realize the interaction control of human-machine interface.Lastly,this paper builds a NC configuration platform based on the research above,and uses the platform to carry on the development of the NC interface.Then the NC interface developed is deployed to actual machine tool to machine parts.At the same time,the comparison between configurable and traditional NC interface in the process of development and operation for the relevant technical indicators is carried out.It is confirmed that the configuration technology researched in this paper can meet the requirements of the development and operation of the NC interface,and the development efficiency of interface is greatly improved.
