The Study Of Security Risk Management Of Natural Gas Pipeline Project In LNRQ Company

China's first long-distance pipeline construction began in 1950 s,and now the long distance pipeline has been developed for more than half a century in china.At the same time,as natural gas as a green energy,more and more widely accepted by people,so the gas pipeline project is also everywhere.But because of some project planning insufficient demonstration,project risk planning risk identification is not perfect,not in place,resulting in a lot of the pipeline project encountered a series of problems in the construction period,such as safety accidents and land acquisition progress is slow,time delay,infinite construction enterprise loss is serious.In this paper,the theory of project risk management,combined with a natural gas pipeline project LNRQ examples of analysis and study,so as to solve the current natural gas pipeline project risk management problems.The first chapter: the introduction part introduces the background,purpose and significance of this research;the second chapter introduces the related theories of project risk management;the third chapter: the brief introduction of LNRQ Company Chaoyang gas natural gas pipeline extension project;the fourth chapter: the LNRQ's natural gas pipeline gas supply Engineering Chaoyang Branch Project as an example risk identification;the fifth chapter: according to the output of risk identification in Chapter fourth of the safety risk assessment;sixth chapter puts forward the Countermeasures of risk management of LNRQ company of natural gas pipeline gas supply project Chaoyang branch.Finally,a page of the LNRQ natural gas pipeline Chaoyang gas supply line project risk management research summary.Analysis for LNRQ Company Chaoyang gas pipeline project,analyzed the current situation of project management,the existing problems in the management and use of project risk management theory to analyze risk identification and risk analysis,and finally summed up some improvement measures,these measures can be used to guide other similar projects,so as to avoid some of the risks effectively.
