Design And Implementation Of Tobacco Warehouse RFID Management System Base On PDA

Tobacco logistics is one of the most important aspects of the tobacco supply chain.Thefuture research direction in the field of tobacco logistics informationization will focus on the application of Internet technology,especially foucu on tobacco warehouse.Storage and Transportation Company intends to establish Tobacco Label System,and through the in-out scanning,location management as well as on the clip charter of field application of the operation,such as scanning for tobacco in tobacco package management,the tobacco management refinement to each tobacco package.This paper will design a set of RFID management system based on PDA.This paper introduces RDID electronic tag,summarizes the irreplaceable role RFID technology can provide in the construction of warehouse and Internet of things,and advantages of relative traditional Bar-coding.Secondly,analyzing the current situation of the company,and its business processes,business requirements and equipment requirements.Thirdly,based on the explicit requirements,designed the physical structure,platform structure,functional structure,develop software,database.For the development of software,this paper selects the.net Framework and Visual Studio,as the development software of the program.Weusing SQL Server software as database support.Finally,designed the interface and function algorithm according to the user habits and requirement,ensuring functional and operational.After hole design of the system completed,the system will be tested from three parties,unit test,integration test and safety test,to ensure the system can be use.
