Study On Government Behavior In Construction And Operation Management Of Township Sewage Treatment Facilities In Pengzhou City

Sewage treatment is an important means of environmental protection and sustainable development and an effective way to realize the common interests of society.For a long time,the generation of sewage has been accompanied by the moment of life,sewage treatment in the city,whether construction or operation management is quite systematic.It is of great significance to study the government behavior in the construction and operation of township sewage treatment plant to improve the management level of township sewage treatment and promote the coordinated development of township social economy and ecological environment.However,due to the restriction of economic conditions and geographical position,the planning and construction of sewage treatment facilities and the construction and operation of urban sewage treatment facilities are very different in most townships.In this paper,the government behavior in the planning and construction and operation management of town and township sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou city is chosen as the research content,because the planning and operation management of town and township sewage treatment facilities in the concrete practice process,the planning and construction and operation management of town and township sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou city still have some difficulties.It needs the effective assistance and cooperation of several government and public departments,social organizations and some non-governmental organizations to make full use of their respective advantages,so as to achieve a win-win outcome.At present,the government has its own problems such as unreasonable planning and weak supervision in the planning and construction of town and township sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou city.Therefore,this paper analyzes the government behavior in the construction and operation management of the town and township sewage treatment facilities in Penzhou city in order to make the government institutions in Penzhou city better play the planning,supervision and so on,emphasizing its public service,so as to promote the development of Penzhou city sewage management.Based on the knowledge of modern management theory,holistic management theory and other relevant government policies,this paper studies the government behavior in the construction and operation management of town and township sewage treatment plant in Penzhou city,and explores how to make full use of the government behavior to maximize the benefit of town and township sewage treatment.This paper is divided into 7 chapters,the first chapter introduces in detail the construction and operation of township sewage treatment plant government behavior literature review and this article research methods.The second chapter introduces its related concepts and theoretical basis,then points out the government in the township sewage treatment facilities construction and operation management of the construction and supervision of the construction of a package of activities;The third chapter introduces the present situation of the construction and operation management of sewage treatment facilities in the town and township of Pengzhou in detail from the basic situation,relevant policies,development process and current achievements;The fourth chapter analyzes the main problems of government behavior in the construction and operation management of sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou.Strive to find out the problem,analyze the reasons,and solve the problem effectively;The fifth chapter analyzes the reasons of the government behavior in the construction and operation management of township sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou;The sixth chapter summarizes the suggestions of optimizing the government behavior in the construction and operation management of sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou.Chapter seven: Conclusion and prospect;Through the concrete analysis of the government’s behavior during the construction and operation of the sewage treatment facilities in Pengzhou,this paper hopes to provide some reference for other provinces and regions.
