Study On Management Mode Of Sewage Treatment Technology And Facilities In Villages And Towns

In recent years,with the development of society and economy,there has been a great deal of environmental pollution.Even though the government has published many policies and measurements to solve these problems,the efforts have not well prevented further environmental destruction,especially in rural areas.The reason of this phenomenon is not only the imperfect policies but also the outdated pollution control facilities.In the past,most of the sewage treatment in villages and towns come from urban sewage treatment,which usually lack suitability in process selection,as the selection of process technology seldom combined with the actual situation of each village and town.In this paper,by introducing the relevant technology,and comprehensively comparing and analyzing the processes from the scale of processing,construction costs,operating costs and so on,appropriate process technology is determined in view of different regions and different landscape features.Through the analysis of the operation and management of the village and town sewage treatment facilities,the sewage treatment facilities operation and management mode will be determined which is suitable for local situation..Taking a village sewage treatment project in Tianjin as a specific research object,Through investigating the topography,climatic conditions,hydrological conditions,social conditions and other factors,the engineering design plan is established according to relevant laws,regulations and standards.The determined process is "MBBR + MBR" efficient double-membrane technology,and the facilities is buried integrated devices.During the project designing process,the operation and management adopts the specialized third-party management enterprise as the main body of operation management.By real-time feeding the operation status of the pollution control facilities in each village to the enterprise control center through the Internet of Things technology and data transmission technology,the treatment facilities can be monitored remotely.
