Research On Intelligent Switching Operation System Based On Contactless IC Card

The stability and security of power system plays an important role in the development of the national economy. Switching operation is one of the important works in power production and operation. Making correct operation tickets and operators operating facilities according to the operating ticket are two significant aspects of the correctness of switching operation. Designing an operation tickets management system can improve the efficiency of operators, reducing the work intensity of operators, and it also has high practical value. Nowadays, State Grid has developed many operation ticket management systems, some of them have already put into use, replacing the traditional manual operation ticket form. However, these systems also have shortcomings, such as low-intelligence, poor-versatility, and complicated-operation, not supporting data import and export and so on.This system putting contactless IC card technology into operation ticket system, designing an intelligent substation operation ticket system based on contact-less IC card, using Microsoft Visual FoxPro and Visual C++ as the main development of the system. The system can realize manual tickets, calling typical tickets and other form of operation ticket form, and the system can also put operation interval and operation panel number into corresponding track of contactless IC card, desiring door security system, using contactless IC card as the electronic key. Only two operators putting their IC card on the card reader on the corresponding operation interval and operation panel can open the electronic lock. So the system can prevent operators coming into wrong spacing, operating the wrong electrical equipment effectively, improving the security and reliability of power system.
