Since the air quality issues became more and more serious in our country,the pollutant emission standard of coal-fired power plant is more and more strict.Controlling the NO_x emissions is one of the main tasks of the coal-fired power plants in China.To meet the NO_x emission limits,connecting low NO_x burner with selective catalytic reduction(SCR)flue gas denitration technology or selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR)flue gas denitration technology is widely used in many coal-fired power plants.The operation costs of SCR,SNCR technology is very expensive,so the effect of low nitrogen combustion technology is better,the plant denitration cost is lower.In order to research the effect of application of the new generation low NO_x burners,this paper use the low NO_x burners belong to Beijing guodianlong high-tech environment engineering technology company as as examples,includeing the central-fuel-rich swirl coal combustion burner and horizontal bias-combustion burner.The characteristics of structure and properties of this burners is analyzed in detail and the mechanism of implement bias combustion technology and air staged combustion technology in the burners is explained in detail.The new generation burner is more appropriate about the ratio of air inside the boiler.It can inhibit the formation of NO_x during combustion and guarantee the stability of combustion.In this paper,though the low nitrogen renovation projects on the N0.2 unit of Shouyangshan power plant and the NO.1 unit of Linfen power plant,we research the application effects of the new generation low NO_x burner.The NO.2 unit of Shouyangshan power plant use central-fuel-rich swirl coal combustion burner.And the NO.1 unit of Linfen power plant use horizontal bias-combustion burner.After the improvement of the boiler,we inspect the cold state aerodynamic field performance and adjust the burner performance parameters to optimizing the combustion inside boiler without shut-down.We achieve the influence of the structural parameters of burner on NO_x emission and combustion.The lowest NO_x emission and the operation parameters in the best operation mode are achieved through the tests with ensuring the stability of combustion.In this paper,though the low nitrogen renovation projects on the NO.2 unit of Shouyangshan power plant and the NO.1 unit of Linfen power plant,we research the application effects of the new generation low NO_x burner.The NO.2 unit of Shouyangshan power plant use central-fuel-rich swirl coal combustion burner.And the NO.1 unit of Linfen power plant use horizontal bias-combustion burner.They both combine overfired air(OFA)with low NO_x emission burners in order to implement bias combustion of the fuel and air staged combustion.The new generation burner is more appropriate about the ratio of air inside the boiler.It can inhibit the formation of NO_x during combustion and guarantee the stability of combustion.After the improvement of the boiler,we inspect the cold state aerodynamic field performance and adjust the burner performance parameters to optimizing the combustion inside boiler without shut-down.Boiler coking or any other problems are prevented through the adjustment test.The denitration and boiler efficiency can also reach the indicators.With the application of the new generation low NO_x burner,the NO_x emissions of the NO.2 unit of Shouyangshan power plant is 451 mg/m3.The denitration efficiency is 50%lower than before.The NO_x emissions of NO.1 unit of Linfen power plant is 337mg/m3.The denitration efficiency is 40%lower than before.The new generation low NO_x burner can reduce NO_x emissions without efficiency decline.The operation of the power plant boiler will be safety,stability,and clean with using the new generation low NO_x burner.At the same time,it can reduces the cost of denitration and improve the economic benefit of the power plant running.
