Combined with the development process of a semiconductor power device,the paper briefly describes the development situation and development trend of future of the medium frequency heating power supply.By analyzing and comparing the operation of two kinds of loads of the series and parallel resonant,selecting the series resonant topology that is easy to frequent start.On this basis,comparing the series resonant inverter working at inductive,capacitive,resonant three different cases,selecting the capacitive phase-shifted power modulation as the control scheme of the power adjustment.Main circuit structure consists of three-phase uncontrolled rectifier and series resonant inverter,with the analysis of power device IGBT,choose the intelligent power module PM75DSA120.Analyzing of the advantages and disadvantages of common PI control and fuzzy control,on this basis,the paper proposes the Fuzzy-PI compound control strategy of series resonant inverter for phase-shifted power adjustment.And PI control,Fuzzy control,Fuzzy-PI compound control three control strategies were carried out in SIMULINK,simulation results coincide well with the desired result.Based on the theoretical analysis,but also put forward software sweep start vibration control strategy for the series resonant intermediate frequency power supply.A series resonant medium induction heating power supply based on TMS320F2812 as the control center was designed in this paper,and for the Fuzzy-PI phase-shifted power regulation strategies of induction heating power supply,the PM75DSA120 driving circuit,the perimeter protection circuit of PM75DSA120,the sampling circuit of voltage and current,the power supply circuit and other related circuits are designed.A series resonant medium frequency induction heating power supply prototype was dedigned and compiling the DSP program based on the phase-shifted power adjustment of Fuzzy-PI and software sweep start vibration control strategies in CCS3.3.Finally,the entire hardware system and software system are debuged,and the experimental results are given.The simulation and experimental results show that the of the control system is valid and feasible.
