In recent years,air pollution is increasingly serious,fog haze wreak havoc,energy shortages,seriously affects the normal production and life of people.As an energy source,natural gas has the advantages of clean and efficient and its use is of great significance for prevent and control atmospheric pollution in our country.Based on advantages of small space,large heat storage,good performance,low cost and so on,LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)become the most common way of store and transport natural gas.It is the existence of the LNG makes all-round,Multiple perspectives,interdisciplinary using natural gas.LNG has advantages of storage and transportation,but used is often gaseous eventually,vaporization must release cold,LNG is not exceptional also,this part of cold quantity is considerable about 830-860 k J/kg.As a vehicle fuel,LNG has economy,safety,environmental advantages.For LNG heavy trucks need to LNG vaporizing temperature in combustion power,on the other hand,heavy trucks bridge in the summer also need supply of cold energy in order to enhance the driver driving experience.This paper consider combined LNG cold energy with automobile air-conditioning,will generate the cold energy of LNG vaporizing supply bridge used by equipment parts,not only can avoid a large amount of resource consumption in the traditional mechanical air conditioning refrigeration,and can effectively recycle a large number of LNG cold energy,reduce the pollution of cold.This paper researches the natural gas industry development in our country,illustrates the LNG industry development present situation.Different kinds of recycling of LNG cold energy and their corresponding zones are introduced.Compares the advantages and disadvantages of various ways,and the development prospect of LNG industry in China and the development project the domestic LNG cold energy utilization are discussed in detailed analysis.Using LNG cold energy of ice cold storage,air separation,cold storage,fuel ships,power generation,desalination,butyl rubber at home and abroad research progress on the lateral comparison.Combining LNG cold energy with heavy trucks air-conditioning,through empirical estimation theory to calculate the cooling load of the bridge and EES programming software LNG can release the total quantity of cold,determine the feasibility of the system.In consideration of the particularity of automotive air conditioning,no phase change refrigerating medium is finally determined.Design Truck Air-conditioning Unit Based on the Utilization of LNG Cold Energy without Phase-change Heat Transfer.Using the large general steady state process simulation software Aspen plus process simulation system,the results showed that under setting conditions,air conditioning refrigerating capacity is 3.704 k W higher than heavy trucks 3.5 k W per hour refrigeration requirements,satisfies the requirement of refrigeration system.At the same time,an hour can save storage 0.41 k W cooling capacity.The air conditioning system can still run normally under a variety of conditions.LNG cold energy recovery used in automobile air conditioning system,the emphasis is on cold recycling equipment heat exchanger,the difficulty is the regulation of cold energy utilization way.This study chooses key equipment research,layout reasonable experiment station,build LNG cold energy recovery air-conditioning system experiment platform for static experiment,through calculation and analysis of a large number of experimental data,shows that the system is running well,cooling rapidly,can satisfy the need of cab cooling capacity,and provides reference for the implementation of relevant projects.
