In the world today,energy and environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,energy saving and consumption reduction,and low-carbon economy have become the theme of the development of the times.They are a key link in building a beautiful China and realizing the “Chinese dream”.Natural gas companies are considered as clean energy,which can effectively alleviate and improve the energy and environmental problems that countries around the world currently face.LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)is a liquid form of natural gas.Its flexibility in transportation has been greatly improved,and its application,scope and form have been further expanded.The application of LNG in transportation has become a major highlight of the industry.Among them,LNG heavy trucks are developing most rapidly.LNG is easy to store and transport,but when it is working,it is in a gaseous state.The amount of cold released by the process is 830-860kJ/kg.It is of great significance to recover this part of the cooling capacity for heavy-duty air-conditioning systems.LNG heavy truck cold energy utilizes the air conditioning system to recover the large amount of refrigeration released during gasification of LNG to provide cooling for the cab,but there is an inconsistency in time,space,and intensity between the amount of cold released by LNG vaporization and the cooling load of the heavy truck air-conditioning system.At present,the common LNG heavy-duty air-conditioning system does not guarantee the stability of the air-conditioning system,which limits its development to some extent.This topic combines cold storage technology and LNG heavy truck air conditioning system,and develops an LNG heavy truck cold energy air conditioning system with a cold storage function.This not only effectively recovers LNG cold energy,it replaces the traditional automotive electric compression and air conditioning system,and further guarantees the air conditioning system.The stability in the journey has important practical significance.This topic is based on LNG heavy truck design and research and development of LNG heavy truck cold energy utilization air conditioning system with a cold storage function.The calculation of the thermal load in the air-conditioned zone was carried out by the simple calculation method and the estimation method.The LNG theoretically released cooling capacity was calculated in combination with the software EES to determine the feasibility of the system.In this paper,the simulation software Aspen plus was used to simulate the system,and the heat transfer between LNG and refrigerant was simulated with Fluent.The simulation results show that the cooling capacity of the air-conditioning system is 7.160 kW when climbing uphill,and the cold storage capacity is 0.712 kW.The cooling capacity of the air-conditioning system is 5.960 kW and the cold storage capacity is 0.570 kW during the stationary period;the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system is 3.184 kW when downhill.Cooling capacity.The storage rate of the uphill section and the horizontal section is reduced to 0.955 kW,which is larger than the cooling capacity difference of the downhill section.This air conditioning system meets the refrigeration requirement for the full load of the heavy truck.At the same time,this subject carried out follow-up dynamic experiments with LNG heavy truck in Hainan on the DeLong heavy truck F3000.The results showed that the cooling capacity of the air conditioning system on the uphill section is 6.150 kW,and thecold storage capacity is 0.551kW;the air conditioning capacity of the horizontal section is4.201 kW,storage capacity 0.420 kW,cooling capacity downhill 2.902 kW,no storage,and the amount of cold storage on the uphill and horizontal sections is 0.809 kW relative to the available cooling capacity downhill,which can meet the heavy truck The whole road comfort needs.At the same time,the Fluent simulation of the heat transfer effect of the heat exchanger was performed.The results showed that the temperature field distribution was reasonable and the heat transfer effect was good,and improved measures were put forward.This project was established through model establishment,theoretical analysis,and experimental design.The dynamic performance test was carried out with DeLong heavy truck F3000 as a carrier.The results showed that the cold storage type LNG heavy truck cold energy utilization air conditioning system can meet the full working condition cooling capacity of the LNG heavy truck cab.The demand has provided effective support for the further study of LNG heavy-duty air-conditioning systems.
