Equipment maintenance trainings are activities of teaching,operating and drilling,which can make the maintenance training personnel's knowledge,skill and attitude reach and keep the level required.The study of equipment maintenance knowledge,especially the influence of cognitive law of meta-knowledge on the result of maintenance personnel training deserves to pay more attention.The paper introduce the basic condition of equipment virtual maintenance,and on the basis of summarizing previous studies on the classification of knowledge,we project the revised Bloom knowledge classification to the classification of meta-knowledge,which include factual knowledge,conceptual knowledge,procedural knowledge and meta-cognitive knowledge.And each kind of meta-knowledge is described in detail from several aspects,such as research basis,general process and influence elements of classification.Moreover,we classify the main influence elements of each kind of meta-knowledge,which can be a great help for the later experiment.We design three experiments for the influence elements of each kind of meta-knowledge.The research of meta-knowledge cognitive experiment of actual equipment tracks the real situation of equipment maintenance student learning in the class.And we make a map between the equipment maintenance knowledge the students learning in the class and the classification of meta-knowledge.The teacher give each student who participant the experiment a grade in three ways,answering questions,operating practice and class test.Then according to the results of the learning each kind of meta-knowledge,we research the cognitive law.The research of meta-knowledge cognitive experiment of virtual maintenance system simulates the actual equipment maintenance in computer.The students can study in the virtual system for a short period of time and finish the tasks.Three tasks are components cognition,components disassembling and components assembling.The same subject can make both the virtual and practical experiments,which can be great help for us to research which way is better for student to study the knowledge.The research of meta-knowledge cognitive experiment in life,such as driving knowledge of motor vehicle,which have theory knowledge and driving simulation.We also map the driving knowledge with the classification of meta-knowledge,and research the cognitive law based on the results of experiment.Finally,we use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively analyze the results of the experiment,use fuzzy AHP confirming the weight,and get the final conclusion of the meta-knowledge cognitive law.
