Aerial platform fire truck is an indispensable tool for fire fighting and rescue.It is one of the high-rise building firefighting indispensable special vehicles that set high altitude rescue,firefighting,rescue and other functions in one,but also an essential equipment to ensure large,urban high-rise residential life safety and reduce disaster losses.Firstly,based on the boom structure of aerial platform fire truck as the research object,using APDL language of ANSYS software to build a parametric finite element model,then obtain the parametric finite element model.According to the actual working conditions of the boom,this paper makes nine typical working conditions,and uses the contact analysis between the body and the slider.After the nonlinear solution,the stress and deformation of the boom are obtained.The size of the slider and the dimension of the arm body are optimized under the requirements of the strength of the arm.Secondly,we text the boom's stress,compare the results between the text and the finite element analysis,and verify the correctness of the finite element model processing and analysis.In order to obtain the stress analysis of the boom in braking,dynamic analysis is carried out,and the dynamic problem is transformed into the static model according to the static and dynamic method to solve,and then obtain the stress distribution of the boom so that analysis the dynamic stress of the boom by comparing the static condition stress value.Finally,the finite element analysis software of the boom structure of aerial platform fire truck is developed by using Visual Basic 6.0,which simplifies the analysis process,improves product quality,and facilitates the operation of the finite element software.In this paper,the design of the boom structure of the fire platform is made more reasonable,it has great practical significance to its production,and provides a reference for similar engineering practical problems.
