Study On Technology And Energy Saving Of Sourcepreparated By LNG Cold Energy During Gasification

When LNG turns from liquid into gas state after absorbed heat,a large number of cold energy released,it usually used open-air vaporizer for heat exchanging instead using these cold energy in engineering.Based on gasification principle and technological process of LNG,this paper researches the following contents in source prepared by LNG cold energy during gasification:1.The paper proposed the technical scheme that preparing cooling capacity by cold energy of LNG;besides,it analyzed and selected the form,refrigerant and equipment of heat-exchange system.2.The paper analyzed energy consumption of five frequently-used refrigeration equipment(variable refrigerant volume,air-cooling modular machine,water-cooling screw machine,centrifugal chiller,Direct fired lithium bromide machine),and compared them with preparing cooling capacity by using cold energy of LNG,the result showed an effect in energy-saving.3.Taking a company in Guangdong Province for example,the paper designed a plan that preparing cooling capacity by cold energy of LNG;meanwhile,it compared initial investment and operating costs per year.The results showed an obvious economic benefit.
