With environmental issues and energy crisis being increasingly serious,energy conservation and emission reduction have become an important concern in the development of the cold storage industry.As a renewable energy source,solar energy combine with the refrigeration cooling system to help reduce the energy consumption of cold storage and the operating costs of cold storage.It has great potential for development in the field of energy-saving refrigerators.This paper proposes a solar-powered photovoltaic grid-powered cold storage system that uses photovoltaic arrays to generate electricity to power the refrigeration system of the cold storage.Excess power can be integrated into the grid to generate economic benefits,And the PV array laid on the surface of the enclosure structure can play a role in shading the cold storage and reduce the energy consumption of the cold storage.Therefore,clarifying the energy consumption rules and comprehensive benefits of the system has important reference significance for the design and optimization of the solar-assisted cold storage refrigeration system.This paper takes a 50 t apple cold storehouse in Xi'an as the research object,and studies the energy consumption of the refrigeration system of apple cold storage using the solar photovoltaic power supply mode,and combines the local photovoltaic grid connection subsidy policy to analyze the economic and environmental benefits of the whole life cycle of the system.Specific content includes the following:Based on the meteorological data of the typical meteorological year at the Xi'an Station of the State Meteorological Administration and comprehensive solar energy resource assessment standards,discuss the rationality of using solar energy resources in Xi'an area.Study the variation of solar radiation received at different installation inclination angles of roof photovoltaic panels in Xi'an.For the solar-grid-complementary apple cold storage refrigeration system,mathematical models for dynamic load and power consumption of refrigerators and photovoltaic modules thermal balance models were established to study the changing rules of the time-consuming power consumption of the refrigerator and the amount of electricity generated by the photovoltaic system,elucidate the power supply and demand model of the cooling system of the photovoltaic apple cold storage.The research shows that the cold storage load and the photovoltaic power generation show a consistent change trend.the supply and demand relationship matches well.Among them,photovoltaic power generation can provide 69.41% of the total power of the refrigerators in the whole year,and the utilization rate of photovoltaic power supply is relatively high.This article also established a wall heat transfer model with photovoltaics attached to the roof and south wall,study the effects of different forms of photovoltaic attachment on the load power consumption of the cold storage and the energy saving effect.The results show that photovoltaic modules can play a role in reducing the temperature of the refrigerated warehouse envelope structure under different forms of attachment.In summer,the additional electricity generated by the photovoltaic roof is more than that of the photovoltaic additional south wall,and there is no significant difference in the amount of photovoltaic power generation under the two additional forms of winter.Both forms of photovoltaic addition reduce the energy consumption of the refrigerator.A comprehensive analysis of the photovoltaic wall power generation capacity and refrigerator power consumption indicators shows that the photovoltaic energy attached to the roof is more energy-efficient.This article combines the benefits of photovoltaic grid-connected subsidy policy in Xi'an City,and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the solar photovoltaic cold storage system's power generation efficiency,energy conservation and emission reduction benefits.The results show that the photovoltaic cold storage system can produce better economic and environmental emission reduction benefits.
