Chinese sesame germplasm resource is very rich,it laies the foundation for exploring and exploiting of excellent resources.In this paper,through the character identification of sesame seed plant resources,to build its core germplasm,will be for the preservation,further research and development and application of resources providing a powerful guarantee.Through this study,Sesame germplasm resources for the raw data collection and sorting is used to build core germplasm through clustering similar type and Categorizeing into different categories and using the difference between groups to choosing the typical germplasm by 20% sample proportion and comparative analysis step by step.The genetic diversity analysis of 1002 resources was analyzed by using phenotype identification,and a cluster analysis of 1002 resources was analyzed using SPSS15.0 software.The main results are as follows:1.In accordance with the related research,screening and selecting 24 classification indicators(Containing sesame quantity character and quality properties of the whole process of birth)for identification on the behavior of sesame germplasm resources,and establishing sesame germplasm resources database summary sheet.Analysis results show that the sesame seeds showed higher heterogeneity,which suggests that the sesame has significant variability.2.The standardized and standardized treatment is used to assignment processing sesame germplasm resources database.The assignment table of species and strains of sesame germplasm resources data is established.3.There are a lot of sesame germplasm resources,which have much data collection and identification.A large number of genetic diversity is repeated.4.The characters of sesame germplasm resources must be stable and high heritability.Feature is obvious.5.The sesame germplasm resources from different geographicalsources can also be found in a chass.The clustering results were not significantly associated with geographical sources.6.The core germplasm was constructed by using the 20% sampling ratio and the clustering analysis.The research results show that The core germplasm,which was established by multiple clustering analysis,is typical and can preserve the genetic diversity of 93.18% of sesame-seed resources.That explained the construction of core germplasm of the same species is workable through clustering analysis for many times,after all,the scope of genetic is limited even if its coefficient of variation is very big.7.A core collection of 203 sesame cultivars was established.Most of the sesame germplasm resources are covered.The evaluation results show that the core germplasm of sesame has achieved the purpose and requirements.
