Clinical Study On Effect Of Health-qigong Ba Duan Jin In Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Stationary Phase)

Purpose?This research observes the effect of Health-Qigong ba duan jin in order to treatchronic obstructive pulmonary disease?COPD??level?and stationary phase.Method?80patients of COPD?level?and stationary phase?were randomly divided intotwo groups (treatment group&control group). We applied the daily life activities in controlgroup?while40patients in treatment group were given Health-Qigong ba duan jin. Theintervention time was1year. The author systematically observed the Health-Qigong ba duanjin to influence the patients'pulmonary function?six-minute walk distance and quality of life.Result?The clinical research results showed that?after1year treatment?in the aspect ofpulmonary function?the treatment group significantly improved than before the treatment?P<0.05?? and the treatment group than in the control group improved significantly?P<0.05??in the aspect of six-minute walk distance?the treatment group significantlyimproved than before the treatment?P<0.05??and the treatment group than in the controlgroup improved significantly?P<0.05??in the aspect of quality of life ?by CAT??thetreatment group significantly improved than before the treatment?P<0.05??and the treatmentgroup than in the control group improved significantly?P<0.05?.Conclusion?The Health-Qigong ba duan jin is effective on improving the patients'pulmonary function?six-minute walk distance and quality of life?and worthy of promotion.
