Clinical Observation Of Treating The Remission Grade Ⅰ Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diesease With The Prescription Of Health Qigong Raise Lung

Objective:To observe the lung function, quality of life and exercise endurance effects of patients with COPD in grade I treated by Health qigong raise lung prescription.Methods:45 patients with COPD in grade I classified into experimental group and control group in accordance with randomized, single blind method. The control group only for activities of daily living, The experimental group also plus the Health qigong raise lung prescription beside activities in daily life for 6 months. Observe the changes of lung function,quality of life score and exercise endurance effects between the two groups.Results:FEV1%and FEV1/FVC%had no significant changes after exercise Health qigong raise lung prescription, (P> 0.05); quality of life score in daily life, psychological state of anxiety and depression scores in psychology had reduced significantly after the experiment (P<0.05); significant changes of social activities score had been made after the experiment (P>0.05); six-minute walking distance increased obviously, there was significant difference (P= 0.00 <0.05).Conclusion:After exercise Health qigong raise lung prescription,no obvious improvement in lung function,but the quality of life and exercise endurance improved significantly in patients with COPD in grade I.
