Retrospective Clinical Research On Shenqidihuang Eecoction Delaying The Progression Of Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To research the curative effect of Shenqi DihuangDecoction delaying CRF and evaluate its clinical value. In additionrecognize the importance of TCM syndrome differentiation andtreatment with disease.Methods: The study took the retrospective clinical researchmethod. From January,2008to December,2013,120patients withstage3of CRF were summarized, who had taken on the treatmentwith Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the nephrology in HeilongjiangAcademy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Summarize the treatmentexperience and principle of CRF. After3months of the treatment,the change of symptoms and BUN、 Scr of the patients with CRFwere Observed. The datum were analyzed by SPSS17.0software.Results:1.All prescription include136herbal medicines.Besides ShenqiDihuang Decoction,42herbal medicines are prescribed over10times. The top four of herbal medicines are all activating bloodherbs: Radix Paeoniae Rubra(58.33%), Salvia Miltiorrhiza(55.83%),peach kernel(54.17%), flowers carthami(52.50%).2.Before and after3months of treatment, the differences of thelevel of BUN and Scr has statistical significance (P<0.05).3.After3months of treatment, according to TCM scorestandards, the total effective rate was90.9%.And according toDisease curative effect score standards, the total effective rate was87.5%.Conclusion:1. Shenqi Dihuang Decoction is able to decrease the level ofBUN and Scr.2.Blood stasis is the most common accompanied symptoms of CRF caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney.
