The Intervention Effect Of Shiweiqihuangyishen Decoction On Chronic Renal Failure Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency With Blood Stasis In Patients With VEGF/TSP-1

objective:Observation of Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction on chronicrenal failure(CRF) patients with spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and turbidity syndrome in patients with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), and Thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) intervention.methods: 68 cases of CRF patients withspleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and turbidity syndrome, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 34 cases in each group, and normal group(20 cases for the detection of serum VEGF, TSP-1). The treatment group and control group were removed 1 cases, 3 cases, the actual completion of 64 cases, the treatment group and the control group were 33 cases, 31 cases.Both of the two groups were given the basic treatment of Western medicine, in the treatment group on the basis of Western medicine treatment plus Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction, the control group on the basis of Western medicine treatment plus Niaoduqing particles. 8 weeks for 1 courses of treatment, a total of 1 courses of treatment were observed. Before treatment and after treatment respectively to detect patients with Scr, VEGF、TSP-1 and GFR, contrast the above four index change in before and after treatment. At the same time, the changes of TCM syndrome integral values were observed before and after treatment.results:1.The total effective rate of clinical effect in the treatment group was 84.84%, better than that of the control group 70.97%(P<0.05).2. The total efficiency rate of Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was 87.88%, which was significantly higher than the control group’s74.19 %(P<0.05).3.The two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome integral level were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).4.After treatment, the levels of Scr in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05), and the level of Scr in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5. After treatment, the level of e GFR in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05), and the level of e GFR in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01). 6.Before treatment, the serum VEGF levels in the two groups were higher than that of the same period in normal group(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the serum VEGF levels in the two groups before treatment were increased significantly(P < 0.01), and the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).7. Two groups before treatment, the level of serum TSP-1 were higher than those in the period of the normal group(P < 0.05); compared with before treatment, the level of serum TSP-1 in two groups after treatment were have decreased significantly(P < 0.01) and treatment group after treatment serum TSP-1 levels lower than over the same period in the control group(P < 0.01).conclusion:1. Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of CRF patients with spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and turbidity syndrome the level of Scr, increase the level of e GFR2.Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction can significantly increased CRF patients with spleen and kidney deficiency with blood stasis and turbidity syndrome of turbid serum VEGF level, and significantly reduce the TSP-1 level,so prompt Shiweiqihuangyishen decoction may be through regulating VEGF expression of TSP-1 and balance, promote the regeneration of renal microvascular to inhibit renal interstitial fibrosis, delaying renal dysfunction.3.There was no adverse drug reaction in the process of taking ten herbs, and there was no abnormal change of safety index before and after treatment.
