Professor Yang Shandong’s Experience In Treating Senile Diseases Clnical Research Of Peiyuan Tongnao Recipe Intreatment Of 30 Cases With Acute Ischmic Seroke Of Kindney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

PurposeProf. Yang Shandong has been engaged in the TCM clinical more than 40 years. When he was in his childhood, he was inquisitive, expoed medical books, drawed on the wisdom of masses, frequently asked the old adage. After more than 40 years of clinical practice, he gradually formed its unique clinical thinking and method, especially in the diagnosis and treatments of senile disease and gynopathy, which has a unique curative effect. So it is important to conclude the academic thoughts and clinical experience of prof. Yang Shandong.Prof. Yang shandong’s experience of treatment on the Senile disease is introducing from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment method, test case,and so on in this article. Prof. Yang shandong points out that the elderly health and longevity rely mainly on their own plenty of Yangqi,yet Yin and Yang’s balance. The insufficiency of Yang and deficiency of Yin fluid are the key factors to aging and disease. He proposed to "Fuyang Yuyin" in the treatment of senile disease and Peiyuan Tongnao recipe which is based on this theory was the prescription used to treat acute ischemic stroke of kindney deficiency and Blood stasis type. In this article, Peiyuan Tongnao recipe was prospective studied on treat acute ischemic stroke of kindney deficiency and Blood stasis type. Method1.Through literature retrieval, the monograph consulted and diagnosis following teacher, the clinical experience of prof. Yang Shandong was concluded, summarized and refined.2.60 cases of acute ischemic stroke of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). Treatment group was given Peiyuan Tongnao recipe, combined to western medicine of anti platelet aggregation, lipid adjust and brain protection. Control group(30 cases) was treated with western medicine. The two groups were observed of the changes of clinical neurological function deficit score and activities of daily living score after the treatment. Result1.Prof. Yang Shandong’s main academic thoughts on the treatment of senile disease is Fuyang Yuying, which is used to treat senile disease,incurable diseases and chronic intractable diseases. The recipe,which include the medicine of Fuyang(just like Fuzi) and Yuyin(just like Dihuang,Shanzhuyu,Gouqi and so on) can always cure the difficult diseases.2.Compared to the control group,the scores of neurological function impairment and daily living ability score in the treatment group was improved significantly and significantly reduced morbidity and mortality, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). ConclusionThrough 40 years hard work, prof.Yang Shandong has accumulated abundant clinical experience. This study aims to summarize Prof.Yang Shandong’s clinical experience and academic thought, and observes the curative effect of Peiyuan Tongnao recipe which was used to treat acute ischemic stroke of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. We find that Peiyuan Tongnao recipe can significantly improve neurologic impairment and the ability of daily life of patients with acute ischemic stroke of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.
