Clinical Observation Of Tongnao Pill In Treating Phlegm Stasis Blocking-type Ischemic Stroke In Recovery Stage

Objective: This subject objectively evaluates the efficacy and safety of Tongnao Pills in the recovery period of ischemic stroke patients(phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type),changes in related scales and serum indicators.Methods: Randomly divide 80 selected patients into two groups(40cases each),and all received conventional Western medicine treatment.The treatment group and the control group were combined with Tongnao Pill and Naoxintong Capsule.The course of treatment is 4weeks.Carefully fill in the case report form before and after treatment,observe the changes of the patients’ TCM symptom score and various scale scores,and at the same time detect the blood lipid levels of HCY and hs-CRP,and analyze the data of the two groups.Results: 1Comparison of the data between the two groups before treatment:There was no statistical difference between the basic data of the two groups of patients before the treatment,the scores of the various scales and the laboratory indicators(P>0.05),indicating that there was a difference between the control group and the treatment group Comparability,follow-up clinical observations can be made;2Curative effect comparison: the total effective rate of the clinical efficacy and TCM symptom efficacy of the treatment group after the treatment is 95%and 92.5%,respectively,and the total clinical efficacy of the control group and the TCM syndrome efficacy The effective rates are 80% and 80%,respectively,and there is a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of Tongnao Pills are better than Naoxintong capsules;3Comparison of various scale scores:comparison Before treatment and after treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,while the ADL score and FMA score were increased.There was a statistical difference between before and after treatment in the group(P<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the groups when comparing(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment effect of Tongnao Pill on the disease is better than that of Naoxintong Capsule;4Comparison of laboratory indicators:Compared with before treatment,Serum HCY,hs-CRP,TC,TG,LD after treatment The LC level decreased and the serum HDL-C level increased.There was a statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference between the serum HCY and hs-CRP levels between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference between the four levels of serum blood lipids between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),indicating that Tongnao Pill and Naoxintong Capsule are effective in regulating blood lipids in ischemic stroke Quite the same,and Tongnao Pill is superior to Naoxintong Capsule in anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation.Conclusion:Tongnao Pill can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with ischemic stroke recovery period(phlegm and blood stasis obstruction type);can significantly improve patients’ TCM symptom score and various scale scores;adjust patients’ blood lipid levels and reduce HCY,Hs-CRP level,no obvious side effects.
