Warm Acupuncture And TCM Treatment Of Acute Period Of The Peripheral Facial Paralysis Clinical Observation

PurposeTo observe the effect of warm acupuncture and TCM treatment of PFP, to select optimum combination plan to treat PFP, so this can guide the practice of clinic, provide some information for the research of clinic.MethodsAll cases of my study are derived from the second affiliated hospital of Anhui University of TCM,the acute phase of PFP,include outpatient and hospitalization,To divided all of the patients into three groups:simple acupuncture group, warm acupuncture group, warm acupuncture and TCM group. After appropriate treatment, before the treatment and after the treatment of one, two, three course, to discuss H-B grade and find different effect; use Spss 17.0 to analysis the results.Results(1) After the three course, H-B grade of all groups,to compare with itself before treatment, respectively: P < 0.01.(2) After the first course of treatment, each group H-B classification,to compare warm acupuncture group with simple acupuncture group:P < 0.05,to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with simple acupuncture group: P < 0.05, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with warm acupuncture group: P > 0.05.After the second course of treatment, to compare warm acupuncture group with simple acupuncture group:P < 0.05,to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with simple acupuncture group: P < 0.05, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with warm acupuncture group: P<0.05.After the third course of treatment, each group H-B classification to compare warm acupuncture group with simple acupuncture group:P < 0.05, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with simple acupuncture group: P<0.01, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with warm acupuncture group: P<0.05.(3) After the third course, according to the H- B classification to determine the effect: to compare warm acupuncture group with simple acupuncture group:P < 0.05, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with simple acupuncture group: P < 0.01, to compare warm acupuncture and TCM group with warm acupuncture group: P<0.05.(4) At the third course, to compare the patients of each group: 15 patients of the simple acupuncture group, nine patients of the warm acupuncture group,only 1 patient of the warm acupuncture and TCM group.Conclusion(1)Acute PFP patients of the same conditions, warm acupuncture and TCM,simple acupuncture, warm acupuncture to treat PFP,all of them have effect;(2) To compare warm acupuncture and TCM with warm acupuncture and simple acupuncture, warm acupuncture and TCM is better for the disease;(3) Warm acupuncture and TCM can improve the H-B classification, and shorten the course of PFP,the treatment is safe,worth popularization and application.
