headaches important acupoints,we choose the temple according to experience of warm acupuncture.In the daily routine of clinical work,we find that patients with tension-type headache are often accompanied by anxiety,depression,emotional impatience and irritability,poor sleep characteristics,Emotional anxiety,depression and insomnia,in turn,can aggravate the patient’s headache symptoms,thus creating a vicious circle,Through the use of warm acupuncture and acupuncture to treat diseases,the treatment of diseases will be better,effective,more effective and lasting,for the headache,the pursuit of green health therapy,but the pace of life,work and learning pressure,mental tension of modern people,has a very important practical significance.Object:The main purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of warm acupuncture temple combined with common acupuncture on the treatment of tension-type headache,and to provide a new way of thinking and effective treatment for the treatment of tension-type headache.Method:According to the diagnostic criteria of hepatic hyperactivity tension type headache,Selected 60 patients in outpatient clinics,Application of random Digital method,the patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The treatment group used warm acupuncture and acupuncture treatment,acupuncture taiyang、touwei、baihui、tongtian、taichong、xingjian、taiquan、yongquan、ashi acupoint,Double-sided temples with warm acupuncture,The operation technique is the routine acupuncture technique,the flat complements the diarrhea,the needle feeling is suitable for the patient comfort,.Acupuncture treatment time is 20 minutes,acupuncture three times a week,a total of 4 weeks of treatment,The control group gave patients routine acupuncture treatment,acupuncture acupoint:Taiyang,Touwei,Baihui,Fengchi,Jingjiaji,Shenmen,Zusanli,Taicong,Ashixue,The operation technique is the routine acupuncture technique,the flat complements the diarrhea,the needle feeling is suitable for the patient comfort.Acupuncture treatment time is 20 minutes,acupuncture three times a week,a total of 4 weeks of treatment.The VAS scores of headache were analyzed after 1 hours and 6 hours after the first acupuncture treatment in two groups of patients,and after 1 weeks of treatment,after 2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks later,4 weeks after completion of treatment(follow-up 1)and 12 weeks after completion of treatment(follow-up 2);Before treatment,after the end of treatment and 4 weeks after the completion of treatment(follow-up 1)and 12 weeks after the completion of treatment(follow-up 2)to observe the number of headache attacks per 4 weeks,headache points,and anxiety self-rating scale,depression Self-rating scale,and Pittsburg sleep quality Score.According to the change of score,the clinical effect of warm acupuncture temple combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of tension-type headache was evaluated.Result:Improvement of headache:According to statistics,The VAS score of headache 1 hours after the first acupuncture treatment in two groups of patients was analyzed statistically,The results showed that the pain degree of 1 hours after acupuncture treatment was lower than that in the treatment group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the needle treatment group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).The results indicated that the immediate analgesic effect of warm acupuncture treatment group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.6 hours after the first acupuncture treatment,the degree of headache in the two groups of patients was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups,indicating that the analgesic effect lasted until about 6 hours after the first acupuncture treatment.A statistical analysis was carried out on the 1th week of treatment the 2nd week of treatment,the 3rd week of treatment,and the VAS score of week 4th of treatment.There was no statistical difference in headache degree between the two groups after the first week of treatment and two weeks(P>0.05),the statistical difference of headache degree between the two groups began to appear in the third week,and the headache degree of the two groups after the third week and four weeks of treatment was statistically different(P<0.05),and the curative effect of warm acupuncture treatment group was better.4 weeks and 12 weeks after the completion of treatment,the headache degree of both groups was reduced compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),There was no significant statistical difference between the two(P>0.05).Compared with the number of headache seizures in the common acupuncture group,the warm acupuncture group,no significant statistical differences(P>0.05);After the treatment was completed,the two groups of patients were compared within 12 weeks,fewer headache seizures than before,with statistical differences(P<0.05),the number of headache seizures in the warm acupuncture treatment group was less than that in the common acupuncture Group,compared with statistical differences(P<0.05);compared with the headache points of the patients in the warm acupuncture group and the common Acupuncture Group,After the end of treatment,4 weeks after the end of treatment compared with before treatment is statistically different(P<0.05),There was no statistical difference in the comparison between groups(P>0.05);12 weeks after the treatment was completed,Compared with the headache integral of the two groups,the headache score of the warm acupuncture group was less than that of the common Acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically different(P<0.05).Emotional improvement:Based on statistical results,Compared with before treatment,SAS scores were decreased and statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment in the treatment group and the control group,There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(p>0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the difference between SAS scores in the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group(P>0.05)12 weeks after treatment,SAS scores in the treatment group were statistically different than before treatment(P<0.05),SAS scores in the control group were not statistically different(P>0.05)than before treatment,but there was no statistical difference between the two(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,SDS scores were lower and statistically different in the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05),However,there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4 weeks after treatment,the SDS score in the treatment group decreased compared with the previous,with statistical differences(P<0.05),There was no statistical difference in SDS score in control group(P>0.05)compared with previous comparison.After 12 weeks of treatment,the SDS scores in the treatment group and the control group were not significantly different from the previous,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Sleep improvement:According to statistical results,after treatment,the Pittsburg sleep quality scores of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with those before treatment,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05),Compared with the control group,there was no statistical difference between the treatment group(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburg sleep scores of the treatment group and the control group were decreased compared with those before treatment,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).12 weeks after treatment there was no statistical difference between the treatment and the control group’s Pittsburg sleep score compared with that before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of tension headache with warm acupuncture temple combined with common acupuncture has good short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect,It can reduce the degree of headache and the frequency of headache,but also improve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the quality of sleep.The short-term curative effect of reducing the number of headaches clinically is comparable to that of ordinary acupuncture,Long-term curative effect is better than ordinary acupuncture;In the reduction of headache degree of the recent curative effect is better than ordinary acupuncture,long-term curative effect is similar,immediate pain relief effect is better than ordinary acupuncture,it is better than ordinary acupuncture pain relief effect,in the third week of treatment began to appear.In the aspect of relieving anxiety,warm acupuncture and common acupuncture have good short-term curative effect,and the long-term curative effect of warm acupuncture foot is better than that of ordinary acupuncture group.In relieving depression,warm acupuncture and common acupuncture have better therapeutic effect in the short term,but after 4 weeks,warm acupuncture still has curative effect,ordinary acupuncture has no obvious effect,12 weeks after treatment,warm acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture have no obvious effect;In terms of improving sleep quality,both warm acupuncture and common acupuncture have good short-term curative effect,but the long-term curative effect is poor. |
