| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and probable mechanism of Yi Fei Kang Lao Fang of Fug-resistant tuberculosis,through the clinical symptoms and signs, sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, X-ray changes shown in pulmonary lesions and immunological indexes(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8).Methods:60 suitable patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group,the control group treated by routine western medicine,with 6Z-Lfx-Am(Cm)-PAS-E (Pto)/18Z-Lfx-PAS-E (Pto).Yi Fei Kang Lao Fang treatment was added into the treatment group.The differences between two groups in clinical symptoms and signs, sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, X-ray changes shown in pulmonary lesions and immunological indexes was observed.Results:1. General information:Treatment group compared with control group, the age, gender,course, symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which showed that there were comparabilities in two groups.2. Safety analysis:There were no significant differences(P>0.05)between the blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function and the electrocardiogram.3. Efficiency evaluation:Treatment group compared with control group, the clinical symptoms and signs, sputum mycobacterium tuberculosis culture, lesions absorption and immunological indexes(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8),there were significant differences(P<0.05),which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group. In the pulmonary cavity, there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which showed that the treatment group was comparable to the control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment of Yi Fei Kang Lao Fang combined with routine Western medicine could improve the clinical symptoms,increase the negative rate, promote the lesions absorption and inmrove the immuno logical indexes(CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8). |
