Clinical Observation Of Atomization Inhalation Of Xiyanping Injection Combined With Yinqiao Powder In The Treatment Of Acute Laryngitis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of atomized inhalation of Xiyanping injection combined with Yinqiao Powder in the treatment of acute laryngitis(wind heat external invasion type),and to explore the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of acute laryngitis(wind heat external invasion type)compared with atomized inhalation Xiyanping injection combined with Houttuynia baicalang mixture by atomization.Methods:The research object of this study was 90 patients with acute laryngitis syndrome differentiation of wind heat invasion type.They were given atomization inhalation of Xiyanping injection combined with atomized inhalation Xiyanping injection combined with Houttuynia baicalang mixture by atomization as the treatment group and only oral yinqiao powder as the control group,with 45 patients in each group.The treatment scheme selected in this study is three days and one course of treatment.A total of two courses of treatment are observed.The quantitative grading of symptoms and signs,adverse drug reactions and adverse events of patients are observed and recorded.After the treatment,the curative effect of the two groups of patients is analyzed to determine the overall clinical efficacy of this treatment and evaluate the drug safety.Result:1.At the end of the first course of treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in main symptom score and total score was more obvious in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05);2.After treatment,compared with the first course of treatment,the main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score of the treatment group were further improved(P<0.05).The main symptom score,secondary symptom score and total score of the treatment group were more significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the effective rate was 95.45% in the treatment group and 79.07% in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);4.In terms of safety observation,no obvious adverse reactions were found in patients,suggesting that the treatment scheme is safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Atomization inhalation of Xiyanping injection combined with yinqiao powder can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with acute laryngitis(wind heat invasion type).2.Atomized inhalation of Xiyanping injection combined with has better overall effect and faster onset than atomization inhalation Xiyanping injection combined with Houttuynia baicalang mixture by atomization.3.Atomization inhalation of Xiyanping injection combined with yinqiao powder is a safe and effective method for the clinical treatment of acute laryngitis(wind heat invasion type).
