| Objective:In the patients with gallbladder stones in the process of implementation of the treatment by for patients of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy keep bile cyst stone surgery and conventional laparoscopic gallbladder resection for treatment of patients and related safety comparison analysis.Method:The use of imaging methods for the diagnosis of gallbladder stones in our hospital from 2012.3 months to months was collected, and the number of patients was 80 cases. According to the different treatment methods used by patients in clinical surgery, all patients were divided into observation group and control group, the number of patients in each group were 40 cases. Control group patients in the clinical practice of treatment, the use of conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy (cholecystectomy Laparoscopic, LC) approach to the implementation of treatment. Groups of patients in clinical practice and the course of treatment in observation and need for the patients with the use of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in gallbladder preserving take stone surgery patients choledochoscopy-assisted removal of cholecys cithias, LRCL) for patients with treatment, compared two groups of operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time, postoperative diet recovery time, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, postoperative complication rate, adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate.Result:The experimental group (cholecystolithotomy group) and control group (laparoscopic cholecystectomy group) were no cases of laparotomy, achieved good curative effect, no severe complications occurred, compared with gallbladder stone group and laparoscopic cholecystectomy group, less bleeding, postoperative complication rate low, low incidence of adverse reactions, but the operation for a long time, the two groups of patients with postoperative intestinal peristalsis recovery time, postoperative diet recovery time, hospitalization time, cost of no significant difference (P>0.05), the corresponding follow-up of gallbladder stone group we found that, after 1 years follow-up of gallstone recurrence the rate is 2.5%, after 2 years to review the gallstone recurrence rate was 5%, with normal population prevalence of cholecystolithiasis. Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in gallbladder preserving lithotomy treatment of cholecystolithiasis, can significantly lower in patients with intraoperative bleeding volume, complications, and postoperative adverse reaction condition, does not increase after the completion of the operation of the intestinal peristalsis recovery diet, recovery time, hospitalization time, and patients of treatment costs, is an effective method for the treatment of gallstone treatment, in theory and technique is safe and feasible, in line with the concept of minimally invasive treatment, retain the function of gallbladder, improve the quality of life, meet the patients with gallbladder preserving consciousness, can conduct the technology in the condition in the hospital. |
