Patients with coronary heart disease,who is easy to have a abnormal myocardial morphology and function,due to coronary artery stenosis caused by myocardial ischemia for a long time.After myocardial ischemia there is a variety of changes of left ventricular size function and shape,it is the ventricular remodeling.Ventricular remodeling is a series of pathological physiological changes in pathological or physiological conditions.It including myocardial apoptosis and necrosis,and the reconstruction of myocardial cell number,shape,size,distribution and function.Also including the reconstruction of proportion of myocardial interstitium and essence.Ventricular remodeling will affect the shrinkage,diastolic function of the heart,especially the fall in left ventricular systolic function of left heart failure,that is the important factor of affect patients' quality of life and the prognosis.How accurate determination of left heart function earlier in the clinical work,it is useful to assess patients and has a certain significance and guide the clinical work for the patients.Objective: The application of Two-Dimensional Echocardiography Simpson method and Left Ventricular Angiography,to determination of left ventricular ejection fraction.To discuss the application of Two-Dimensional Echocardiography Simpson method the accuracy and application value in CHD and Non-CHD patients.Methods:Select a total of 115 people in hospital and accept coronary angiography.Collect the patient's age,gender,educational level,height,weight,smoking history,history of drinking,hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,etc.Use the Two-Dimensional Echocardiography Simpson method Determination of LVEF.According to the results of Coronary Angiography to calculate the Gensini score.Left Ventricular Angiography is used to test the left ventricular ejection fraction.On the basis of the standard of diagnosis coronary artery heart disease use the coronary artery stenosis degree >50% for coronary angiography showed.Divided into Non Coronary Heart Disease(Non-CHD)and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)group.The CHD group were divided into 3 subgroups on the basis of coronary Gensin scoring criteria?Group I: coronary artery mild lesion group(Gensini score 2-36 points);Group II: coronary artery moderate lesion group(Gensini score 36-72 points);Group III: coronary artery severe lesion group(Gensini score >72 points).All data collected by application SPSS 20.0 software analysis processing.Results:1 The general situation between the Non-CHD group and CHD group:Gender,the elevated the average of Total Cholesterol(TC)and Triglycerides(TG),and the reduction the average of High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C),there is no statistical difference between the two groups;In the CHD group the prevalence of Hypertension(HBP)and Diabetes(DM),and the elevated the average of Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C),what is happening is more than the Non-CHD group.2 The general situation between the group I,II,III:There is no statistical difference in Gender,the prevalence of Hypertension(HBP);The elevated the average of Total Cholesterol(TC)and Triglycerides(TG)and Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C),there is no statistical difference between the three groups;The difference is statistically significant between the three groups,what is Age,Diabetes,the elevated the average of Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C)and the reduction the average of High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C).3 The general situation between the Non-CHD group and the CHD group:The difference was statistically significant in age,smoking,drinking,Hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia.There is no statistically signify-cant in gender and culture degree.4 The screening test results:Make the work ROC curve,observed the area under the curve of up to 89.2,and the Youden index is 0.856.That the difference of the LVEF-Simpson method and the LVEF-the CVG method is small.Conclusion:1 As the degree of coronary artery stenosis is aggravating,the greater the impact on left ventricular systolic function.2 Echocardiography measured left ventricular ejection fraction,can guide clinical degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary heart disease in anticipation.
