| ObjectiveIn the guidance of Pingle orthopedic "balance theory", using the comprehensive balance therapy treatment phlegm and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis,To explore the effect of balanced comprehensive therapy; Analyze the rationality of knee osteoarthritis balance scale. MethodsBased on the Pingle orthopedic "balance theory", related documents, books, medical records,,explore the Pingle orthopedic "balance theory" in phlegm closed resistance type of knee osteoarthritis in the specific application, and thus to develop a comprehensive balance therapy, since the proposed knee osteoarthritis balance scale;75cases of phlegm and blood stasis were divided into two groups, 37 cases in treatment group and control group 38 cases,Treatment group patients be comprehensive balance therapy, patients in control group were given celecoxib combined with hydrochloric acid aminoglucose capsule, 4 weeks of treatment.Observe and record two groups of patients general information, VAS score, KOOS score, knee circumference, Knee osteoarthritis balance scale, safety and other related information,Analyze the curative effect of the two groups of treatment, carry on the comprehensive evaluation analysis. Results75 patients, the treatment group and control group, respectively, fall off in 2 cases, 3 cases, the treatment group and control group for the whole observation period of 35 cases, specific as follows: 1)There was no significant difference in sex, age, weight, height, course of disease and X-ray classification between the two groups(P > 0.05); 2)Curative effect:Treatment group clinical cure 4 cases, 18 cases were markedly effective, effective 8cases, 5 had no effect, the total effective rate was 85.71%; Control group clinical healing in 2 cases, 10 cases had marked effect, effectively and 16 cases, 7cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 80%; Treatment group curative effect distribution is better than that of control group, and there are statistically significant(Z=-2.054,P=0.040<0.05), the balance of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type bizu curative effect on knee osteoarthritis; 3)Before treatment, the VAS score, KOOS scores, KOOS- symptom score, KOOS- pain score, KOOS- daily activity score, KOOS- sports and entertainment function score, KOOS- quality of life score, knee joint week diameter, knee osteoarthritis balance scale between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); 4)The two groups after treatment VAS score, KOOS scores, KOOS- symptom score, KOOS- pain score, KOOS- daily activity score, KOOS- sports and entertainment function score, KOOS- quality of life score, knee joint week diameter, knee osteoarthritis balance scale respectively and treatment within the former group, the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05); 5)After the treatment in both groups KOOS scores, KOOS- symptom score, KOOSdaily activity score, KOOS- quality of life score, knee joint week diameter, knee osteoarthritis balance scale, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), and all indexes in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group; 6)The two groups after treatment, VAS score, KOOS- pain score, KOOS- movement and entertainment function score, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05); 7)KOOS score before and after the treatment with knee osteoarthritis balance scale score changes, correlation coefficientr=0.919,P=0.000<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion 1)Based on the Pingle orthopedic "balance theory" s,comprehensive balance therapy in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis, have a very good effect; 2)Comprehensive balance therapy treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis in improving patients KOOS scores, KOOS- symptom score, KOOSdaily activity score, KOOS- quality of life score, knee joint week diameter, knee osteoarthritis balance scale score was better than that of celecoxib combined with hydrochloric acid aminoglucose capsule; 3)The Pingle orthopedic "balance theory" used in disease diagnosis, treatment and prevention aspects worthy of further research and promotion; 4)The knee osteoarthritis balance scale merit further revision, research, validation. |
