Children Bronchial Asthma In Persistent Stage Of The Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes And Jianpibufeihuatanfang With Experimental Study On The Expression Of Rat IL-33 And ECP

1.Clinical research1.1 Objective:Researching the distribution regularity of TCM syndrome of chronic persistent of asthma, investigate the relationship between symptoms- syndrome,provide evidence for traditional Chinese medicine on diagnosis and treatment and syndrome differentiation of chronic persistent asthma in children.1.2 Method:According to epidemiological survey of asthma in children,formulate the questionnaire.Research on 381 cases of chronic persistent asthma in children,Collect the general situation and main symptoms,according to the frequency of symptoms,conduct clustering analysis, principal component analysis and symptoms- the correlation analysis.1.3 Result:381 cases of children with asthma,221 cases were male,58.0% of the total,160 cases were female,42.0% of the total.The most common type is the lung spleen deficiency syndrome, cold syndrome and heat syndrome,were 143 cases, 102 cases and65 cases, respectively 37.53%, 26.77% and 17.06%.1.4 Conclusion:Children with chronic persistent of asthma syndrome differentiation in lung spleen deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome most,the main predisposing factors associated with upper respiratory tract infections, syndromes and symptoms, tongue and pulse.2.Experimental study2.1 Objective:Study on the mechanism of Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction in prevention of bronchial asthma, provide the basis for clinical application.2.2 Method:The 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups,The blank group(N),The model group(M),The Chinese medicine group(Z),The western medicine group(X).Except the blank group,the other three groups were modeled,Using a mixture of aluminum hydroxide and ovalbumin sensitization,use 1%OVA as atomized liquid to trigger asthma,1 times a day, 30 minutes each time.The 16 th day after administration modeling,group Z was treated with Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula,X group was treated with dexamethasone,the dosage for moderate dose,equivalent to 7 times the amount of adult daily treatment,intragastric administration,N,M group were given 0.9% sodium chloride solution in the stomach volume,1 times a day for 8 weeks,both were gavaged and atomized daily.2.3 Result2.3.1 Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula on body weight and lung index in rats Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan formula on body weight and lung index in rats Compared Four groups of rats with lung weight,no significant difference,the body weight and lung index comparison has the obvious difference(P<0.01).Using LSD to pairwise comparison,compared model group and western medicine group and the normal weight group significantly different(P<0.01),there is no obvious difference between Chinese traditional medicine group and normal weight group,compared the wet with western medicine group and Chinese traditional medicine group,has difference,compared with model group and western medicine group and normal group significantly different lung index,compared with model group and western medicine group and normal group significantly different lung index(P<0.01),no significant difference was found between the lung index of traditional Chinese medicine group and the normal group.No significant difference was found between the lung index of traditional Chinese medicine group and the normal group(P>0.05),western medicine group, the lung index compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group, there are differences(P<0.05).2.3.2 Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction on pulmonary function in ratsN group FVC, FEV0.2 and FEV0.2/FVC were higher than the other 3 groups,but compared with the Z and X group, the difference was not statistically significant( P>0.05),compared with group M,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.01).M group of FVC, FEV0.2 and FEV0.2/FVC were lower than other 3groups,group M FVC compared with Z group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01),compared with the X group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Group M FEV0.2 compared with Z group,X group,the differences were statistically significant( P<0.01).Group M FEV0.2/FVC compared with Z group,statistical significance(P<0.05),compared with the X group,P>0.05,has no statistically significant.2.3.3 Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction on airway morphology in ratsFour groups of rats WAt/Pbm, WAi/Pbm, WAm/Pbm value by the single factor analysis of variance,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The WAi / Pbm value of Z group and X group had no significance, P>0.05.2.3.4 Effect of Jianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction on the rats’ serum IL-33 and ECPNormal group ECP compared with model group, P<0.01,compared with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group, P>0.05. N group IL-33 compared with the other three groups, P<0.01.M group ECP, IL-33, Z group, X group comparison,P<0.01.N group,X group and Z group compared ECP with LSD has no difference,P>0.05.Compared with X group IL-33 and Z group,P>0.05.2.4ConclusionJianpi Bufei Huatan Decoction can relieve asthma rat model of lung index,improvement of pulmonary function in rats,lower the levelsof of serum IL-33 and ECP in rats.
