Clinical Research Of Acupoint Application Of Jieyu Plaster Combined With Acupunture In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Motor Aphasia

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of jieyu plaster combined with acupuncture in treating post-stroke motor aphasia,this paper discusses the importance of acupoint application of jieyu plaster in such treatments, and provides a new effective method for the clinical treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia.Method:Sixty cases of eligible post-stroke motor aphasia patients were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases,given acupuncture treatment) and a treatment group(30cases, given acupoint application of jieyu paster combined with acupuncture treatment). Both groups received basic medical treatment for 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment,the patients,speech functions(spontaneous language, repetition,comprehension, naming) were rated according to simplified Chinese Aphasia Examination.Then the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of jieyu paster with acupuncture in treating post-stroke motor aphasia speech dysfunction was observed.Results:1、Two groups of patients before treatment of general information(gender, age,course of the disease) has no statistical significance(P > 0.05), with comparable.2、Before and after the treatment, the patients’ speech functions were rated according to simplified Chinese Aphasia Examination. The differences in the language function scores between the two groups before the treatment had no statistical significance(P > 0.05), while those after the treatment were otherwise(P < 0.05).The difference in improvement between the two groups was most significant in spontaneous speech, repetition and naming(P < 0.05).3、After the treatment, the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90% and 73.3% respectively. The former was obviously better than the latter, which meant statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1 、 Acupoint application of jieyu paster combined with acupuncture can significantly improve post-stroke motor aphasia in spontaneous speech, naming,repetition. The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.2 、 Acupoint application of jieyu paster combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of post-stroke motor aphasia. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%, higher than that of the control group.3、Acupoint application of jieyu paster combined with acupuncture treatment is an effective clinical approach in the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia,worthy of application in clinical treatment.
