Clinical Observation Of Moxibustion At Qifengbuyu Point In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe whether the addition of moxibustion to the Zhongfengbuyu acupoint on the basis of conventional treatment can improve the clinical efficacy of motor aphasia after ischemic stroke.Methods: 40 patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group,using the RAND function.Both groups were given basic treatment,namely neurology conventional treatment,conventional acupuncture and speech rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was given moxibustion at the Zhongfengbuyu acupoint,while the control group received only basic treatment.Speech rehabilitation therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion were performed once a day for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients were scored on speech function through the simplified "Chinese Aphasia Rating Scale ABC"(talking,comprehension,retelling,naming).Then carry out statistical analysis on the scale score data,and calculate the total clinical effective rate.Results: 1.The ability of talking,comprehension,retelling,and naming of the two groups of patients after treatment was improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).On the whole,the improvement level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the two sub-items of talking and naming have the same degree of improvement(P>0.05).3.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the experimental group is better than the control group in understanding and retelling the two sub-items(P<0.05).4.Both groups have curative effects after treatment.The total effective rate of the experimental group is 75%(15/20)and the control group is45%(9/20).The total effective rate of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.No adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: On the basis of conventional treatment,moxibustion at Zhongfengbuyu acupoint for the treatment of motor aphasia after ischemic stroke can improve the clinical efficacy,better improve the patient’s speech function,and has good safety.It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
