Objective: By observing the clinical effects of electroacupuncture treatment and pelvic floor muscle training for women stress urinary incontinence, and to explore more suitable treatment for stress urinary incontinence.Methods:Selected 40 cases of female patients with SUI meeting the inclusion criteria for the subject as the objects,who all came from Anhui Province Acupuncture Hospital inpatient and outpatient department during May 2014 to February 2016, randomized operation by clinical study of central randomization system,divided into electroacupuncture group and pelvic floor muscle training group,two groups of 20 cases each.The patients in electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture needling bilateral Zhongliao and Huiyang points,and the patients in pelvic floor muscle training group were given pelvic floor muscle training.The two groups were both treated for 8weeks, three times a week,every other day one time.Observed the two groups of the amount of urine leakage according to 1 hour urine pad test,24 hours level of urinary incontinence and urinary incontinence symptom scores in 0 week,4th week and 8th week.Then according to the statistical analysis of the result data and concluded it.Results:The electroacupuncture group was better than that of the pelvic floor muscle training group(P<0.05) in reducing the amount of urine leakage according to 1 hour urine pad test,24 hours level of urinary incontinence and urinary incontinence symptom scores.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while the control group was 60%.With statistics analysis,two groups' total effective rate had significant difference(P < 0.05).The result proved that electroacupuncture treatment for women with SUI has significant therapeutic effect,and it was better than that of pelvic floor muscle training group.Conclusions:The electroacupuncture treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of females with stress urinary incontinence and reduce the number of urinary incontinence and the amount of leak urine.The clinical curative effect is obviously better than that of the pelvic floor muscle training. The method is simple and effective with high safety that is suitable for clinical promotion.
