Purpose:By comparing the two treatment methods of electric acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training and conventional acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training, the clinical effects of two groups of patients with stress urinary incontinence were observed.Material and method:Sixty-six patients with stress urinary incontinence who were treated at Shenyang Women’s and Children’s Hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were selected.Randomized single-blind method was used,PASS software was used, and the visit time was referenced to the generated random number table, and the patients were randomized.Divided into two groups. Both groups included 33patients who met the diagnostic criteria, and all patients agreed to participate in this clinical observation and signed an informed consent form. There was no significant difference in the course of disease, age,BMI,and degree of urinary incontinence(P>0.05),and the groups were comparable. On the basis of pelvic floor muscle function training, the treatment group and the control group were combined with conventional acupuncture. The pelvic floor muscle function training was performed three times in the morning, noon, and evening, each lasting 20 minutes. The frequency of conventional acupuncture treatment is 3 times a week, and the total treatment time is 4 weeks. The average number of urine leakage in 24 hours, the I-QOL score of the urinary incontinence quality of life table, and the total effective rate were used as the efficacy evaluation indicators. The recurrence of urinary incontinence was followed up at 0 days,1 month, and 3 months after treatment, and each index was collected and recorded using SPSS23.0 Statistical software for data analysis. Results:A total of 66 patients were enrolled,63 completed cases,2 cases in the treatment group and 1 case in the control group. The treatment group and the control group had an average 24 h leakage of urine and the I-QOL score of the urinary incontinence quality of life table were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of the average number of leaks in 24 hours, the I-QOL score of the urinary incontinence life quality scale, and the clinical efficacy(P<0.001).Among them, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 75%.After follow-up treatment for 1 month and 3 months,it was found that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.32% and 87.09%,and the total effective rate in the control group was respectively 65.62%,50%.Conclusion:1.Electric acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training, conventional acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training can effectively improve the quality of life of SUI patients, and significantly reduce the number of patients with urine leakage.2.Electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training is significantly better than the conventional acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training group in improving the quality of life of SUI patients and the number of urine leakage.
