The Clinical Research Of Jin Shen Mei Yan Skin Cream Combined With Repairing Biological Membrane Of Hyaluronic Acid In Treating Sensitive Skin

Objective :To observe the treament of Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream combined with repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid of clinical effect,safety and recurrence rate for sensitive skin,provide a safe, effective and preventive treatment method for the treatment of sensitive skin.Method: 90 cases of sensitive skin were collected from December 2014 to June 2015 from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine outpatient department of Dermatology.three groups were divided into with Random number generators randomly. Combined group(treatment group),Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream group(Control group I) and repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid group(Control group II). All three groups treat with basic treatment,Wet dressing for antianaphylaxis with Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 1ml dissolve in 0.9% sodium chloride injection100 ml.beside those,In the combined group, the affected part was spread with Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream in the morning,and repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid at night.In the Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream group, the affected part was spread with Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream in the morning and at night.in the repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid group,the affected part was spread with repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid in the morning and at night. Three groups all treat four weeks..The end of treatment,Observe the symptoms and signs, adverse reactions, transepidermal water loss(TEWL), the skin stratum corneum water content and recurrence.The results were analyzed by using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Result :The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,The total effective rate of the Control group I was 80%,The total effective rate of the Control group II was76.67%.Three groups of symptoms and signs score than before the treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The score of the symptoms and signs of the treatment group were superior to the control group I and control group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),The control group II compared with the control group I, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,Three groups of TEWL and water content in stratum corneum than before had statistical significance(P<0.01).After treatment,the TEWL value of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group I and the control group II,The water content of stratum corneum was higher than that of control group II and control group I,both have significant differences(P < 0.01),The control group II compared with the control group I was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The content of oil in the three groups was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P <0.01),After treatment, the amount of oil in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group I and control group II,it has a significant differences(P<0.01),Compared with the control group I and control group II was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The p H of three groups compared with before treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05),After treatment, there was no significant statistical significance(P>0.05) in the treatment group compared with the control group II and the control group I.After the end of the 4 week, the recurrence rate of the three groups was not statistically significant.After the end of the 8week,The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group I and control group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream combined with repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic acid in treating sensitive skin is ensured,The curative effect is better than that of single use Jin Shen Mei Yan skin cream or repairing biological membrane of Hyaluronic,It has important significance to improve the symptoms and signs,physiological function indexes of sensitive skin patients and reduce the recurrence rate,There wasn’t any obvious untoward reaction.It provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of clinically sensitive skin.
